I went in one evening and bought a torch lighter, while reviewing the many different styles, I found one I liked and ask the lady working there how to adjust the flame because it barely lit, she said it was on the bottom, but was to stiff to turn at the time , so I bought it and when I got home I proceeded to adjust the flame to no avail, evidently it was detective, so the very next morning I took the lighter and recept back to the store, and asked if I could exchange it, she said no, all sales are final , and I should have checked it when I bought it. I received a very bad attitude from her, and she wouldn't even let me talk, and kept saying calm down , and get out of her store, I said I wasn't upset she said I've already had an attitude, , maybe I had a tone to my voice, but I wasn't loud or using any curse words.. The DRYEST & Crunchiest cigars in battleground.. As well as expensive vapes. Literally been living in the neighborhood for almost 8 months now every time I go to the store to get cigars, they are so dry and old to the point when you open the package they almost shatter. I’ve mentioned it multiple times to management one day the cashier even gave me a hassle about exchanging. Insisted she “had to call her manger” for permission because they have a no returns or refund policy in place.
