My last experience made up for the couple times I left unhappy. But it’s not the employees fault. It’s hard to get workers everywhere (not sure why or how people are surviving) but anyways, I was in desperate need of a new pair of shoes. The day before I had went in and nobody acknowledged me. The next day I decided to give it another go and the manager Ashley came over and spent about 20 plus minutes with me helping me find a good shoe. She was super knowledgeable and friendly. Made me feel very comfortable. We found the shoe for me and I looked if the price was comparable at kohls as it was the Skechers go 6 walk. It was. I saw that kohls had the same shoe but in a darker grey color. I hate wasting peoples time and I said to Ashley that I get terrible but asked her honestly what color she liked better. She said the dark. She said she would hold the light ones if kohls e fed up not having the dark ones. Now a lot of store workers would have lied and tried to get me to buy from their store but she was honest and wasn’t upset with me at all. Ashley is one of the best retail managers I have come across in a long time. You are appreciated and thank you so much...

Do not shop at this store. Customer service is not in their dictionary. My wife and I went to the Brainerd store yesterday to purchase a treadmill. We were directed to the area of the treadmills and waited for 10 minutes for a salesperson. Finally, my wife went to the front cashier and asked for assistance. She was promised that assistance but still no one came. I finally called the store number and again asked for assistance. Shortly thereafter, a young assistant came over to us from the back room. She knew nothing about treadmills and couldn’t figure out how to connect to power. There followed a long audible conversation between her and a faceless person in the back room (presumably her supervisor or manager) on how to connect the treadmill to a power source. She finally connected the power cord to a long electrical cord. We were ready to buy and saw a tag offering delivery and setup. We asked for delivery and the faceless voice indicated that they were not delivering anything because of “COVID 19”.

We had had enough. We left and I purchased my treadmill from Amazon-no hassle, delivery scheduled...

My review is biased due to being former employee and now just regular customer so as employee the way they treat and handle some situations is unprofessional and rather afraid of conflict and hurting feelings but there are some good things about working there BUT as a customer I will say they tend to follow around non white people more often then should without cause but prices are pretty competitive for most part and they cater to customers, sometimes more to certain customers than others, but good service for most part. Ashley Mancillas is amazing worker and manager. Andrew is great at customer service. Emilee is friendly unless she don't have snacks haha. Faith & Dan are good employees that need to believe in themselves more. Like I said this is a biased review due to relations...
