Disney's Hollywood Studios Bus Station — Local services in Bay Lake

Hey guys Jess here!! So we went to Disney in Florida and the first stop was Hollywood studios and I was having g a wonderful time... that was until we visited the toy story part! I saw one of the men dressed up as the green toy soldier from the movie, and as he walked by I politely asked for a picture stating that my kids loved them!!! He proceeded to scream at me at the top of his lungs that he was “on a mission” as he shoved by followed by his much smaller female “security”!!!! I went on to say “ man it only would have taken like 3secs for a pic.. you didn’t have to be so rude”! He yelled some more things that I couldn’t make out... but the simple fact that he broke character to scream at me really upset me and not only that ruined my time there! Although customer service did their best to accommodate me... that was a moment in time that I will never forget! We were supposed to be at the “happiest place on earth” and yet after that encounter it didn’t feel as such!!! Spending so so much money for Disney and to be treated that way really changed the way I view...

Really enjoyed Hollywood studios! Very clean, great service, and obviously plenty of fun. I will say that its a little bit more laid back and chill in this park. It has a lot of shows, and sitting down so if you land on day that’s super hot or raining or you’re just tired, this one would be a good one to visit. Magic kingdom is mostly rides, and animal kingdom is obviously outdoors. But i liked this one. Just wouldn’t make it a priority since I love roller coasters and fast rides. But the star wars ride is a must if you go to this park. And the indiana jones show...

Came out of Hollywood around 9:15pm after they announced that the Fantasmic show was canceled despite no rains, and found that the boat to Swan was “closed”. There was a boat at the platform but the entrance was sealed off with no explanation! Seriously, I expect more communication; how long will it be closed? Should folks wait for the next one? What is the alternative?

With much uncertainty and frustration, we decided to walk back and ended up taking a bus from stop 37 to Swan but they do not stop at Swan Reserve..! Seriously why not. Can someone fix...
