Very poor experience here, will not be returning. Received a gift card here and when I tried to use it they turned me down saying the gift card expired...Even after me telling them that it did not state an expiration on the card, I am from out of town and the card was a gift from a BSL local, they simply did not bat an eye. To operate as a local 'mom & pop' dog shop and have expiration dates on gift cards is absolutely absurd, especially being that the cashier found the purchase of the gift card in the system.
