I recently stumbled upon a hidden gem in old town Bay St. Louis, Mississippi: the Good Earth records Nestled in a quaint, charming spot, this record store is a haven for music lovers of all genres. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by an inviting ambiance filled with the nostalgic scent of vinyl and the warm, welcoming smiles of the staff. The selection of records is impressive, ranging from classic rock and jazz to contemporary indie and obscure treasures. It's evident that the collection is curated with care and passion. The staff,, were incredibly knowledgeable and eager to share their expertise. They went above and beyond to help me find specific records and even introduced me to new artists that I quickly fell in love with. What sets Good Earth Records apart is the genuine connection the staff creates with each customer. They took the time to chat about music, offer personalized recommendations, and share stories about the history of the records I was interested in. It's rare to find such dedicated and friendly service, making the experience not just a shopping trip but a delightful journey through music history. If you're in Bay St. Louis, don't miss the opportunity to visit this hidden record store. It's a true treasure trove for any music enthusiast, and the exceptional staff make it a standout destination.

Great record store. Very friendly and knowledgeable owner. Good selection with all types of music. Highly recommend a visit if you are seriously into vinyl. So good to see the real thing in operation in this small town. Well worth a pit stop off of I-10 if you are traveling through. I will be back.

Awesome spot for records, cute planters, incense, art, and a lot more. I got cool alien earrings, 7 records, incense, an African violet in a unique planter, and a decorative spoon.

I was a smidge bummed the planter I picked out didn’t have a plant in it. Not too worried as we live close. The violet was in the planter before I found the records I was looking for. I could have come back and will! This kind of customer service is rare and greatly...

Fantastic vibes and a great selection of records to be found here! Doug the proprietor is a great person to talk to and a terrific ambassador to the town of Bay St. Louis. I got a great stack of finds here, including a lot of disco/funk and some local stuff as well. I wish I lived closer so I could drop by often - it's obvious that a lot of work goes into keeping the selection fresh and...
