Went to buy balloons for a workmate that was returning after a long time out. Service was fast. But the employee could have made suggestions on how to make a prettier bouquet. There was no interest in her in making sugestions. And also she could have reminded the customer (me) of the weight to hold the balloons. Because of this I had to make the checkout line twice. I believe the employee should find ways to sell you stuff by making suggestions. It is the clients' decision wether to buy it or not, but at least we would leave thinking we made the best buy ever. Besides this, as I said, service was really fast. I went on a weekday...

Good products, but the attendants dealing with helium, should be more polite. Per my observation while waiting, three of them were like "I dont like to work here attitude".

That is so wrong. I bet their behaviour would be better if the owner is in the store.
