Horrible business, I don't know what happened to my review. I just put up but apparently it was taken down.. I did consignment and picked my stuff up promptly when told to... I brought two car loads of stuff and got a hot box and two plastic bags back... I insisted the hat box was not mine she insisted it was.. When I finally went through the clothes More than half of them were someone else's with someone else's name in them... She told me someone else packed up the stuff for her and she will look for my items... She left a message Saying some of my items were found... Due to my work schedule and her business schedule. I couldn't get there for 2 weeks.. When I got there, she was dealing with another woman. I stood there for about 5 minutes. Being ignored when she finally looked up and said. Your stuff's been donated... not i'm sorry not anything but rudely treated.. While I was waiting there.. I found one of my shirts on her rack.. Then she proceed to get Stern with me and say that I had a certain amount of time to pick up my things well. I was there on time but she gave me other people's items back.. and lost mine.. I don't believe my items were lost or donated.. These were my mom's items who were is now On hospice and her being a hospice nurse. I find extremely unprofessionand I don't believe my items...

I have never given anyone a bad review before, But Beware, this lady will cheat you. She only gave me one day to pick up my remaining stuff before she claims she donated it, (which I do not believe she did) ... not 7 days as agreed upon. If you are so desperate for money that you need to cheat people, keep the $2 that you said I earned for the item that you did sell.

Response to your response... You said to contact you after 5/16 for payment on my consignment. I contacted you on 5/17 and asked to pick up the stuff you did not sell on 5/18. Well within 7 days of the agreement. You told me my stuff was not available to be picked up on 5/18. I would have to wait till the following week to pick up my stuff. You delayed the pick up. Not me. I was available to pick up my stuff the 16th thru the 21st. You were not. I asked you to confirm whether you meant 5/22 or 5/29 for the pick up. You never replied to me. (I would have told you I could not pick up on 5/22 because I was getting married). I did think that because YOU delayed the pick up, I would have 7 days from my first available day (5/22) to get my stuff. Not so. Because of YOUR delay, That only gave me 1 day to pick up my stuff. She is EXTREMELY EXCELLENT treats customers so kindly remembered my brain injury(reminded me that she had MY cash I handed to her already ) and my son has autism , so she treats him so so considerately slows down her rate of speech !! Always is vivacious with Positive Energy !! The prices are great the products are vast n wide and always delivers from God I swear !! I pray before I enter any store but God connects us. As today she had brand new ! ninja ice cream maker for my kids for Christmas!! So shop Shop away ! She delivers too!! love my ottoman !! with wheels !! the clothing, jewelry, wallet, pocketbook, everything! Awesome lady who does so much for the community!!
