The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.. WORST DRINKS.. PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE EMPLOYEES. THEY AREN'T HIRING (15 people waiting on drinks and one bartender handling the job everybody's rolling your eyes and I haven't seen so many customers leave in a short period of time and in a long long time and I've worked in many bars in tpa, atl and LA from large to hole in the wall kind of bars..
DEAR PUB 52, YOUR GAMES ARE RIGGED (DONT GAMBLE HERE) MY FRIEND IS AN UNDERCOVER BAR RESCUER AND COULDN'T EVEN STAND 10 MIN WHEN I HAD AN IDEA TO RESTORE IT WITH HIM.. People, customer service is very important and we drink for any different reasons but..
CUSTOMERS WARNED ME TO RUN AS THEY ONLY GO THERE AS ITS WALKING DISTANCE OR THEY WOULD GO ELSEWHERE, BUT I WANTED TO SEE FOR MYSELF AND THEY WERE RIGHT..
The worst kinda people sitting around staring at everyone else (I was helping my friend to see the customers attitude ) we laughed and walked out..and (I've been to over 1k bars and served in over 10 for 20yrs... The WORST EVER.. want pineapple juice w a splash of ice?)
Then this is your spot.
Also, what bar doesn't have a phone... The bartender w glasses is ok, the other guy making drinks for the bartender acted like he wasn't one (maybe he wasn't but served several others aside from me and a few...
Read moreWILL NEVER SPEND A DIME HERE!! We had a group of five and we went in about midnight 3/11. The vibe right when we walked in was weird because everyone was watching us as we entered and tried to find a spot to hang out and order some drinks. (It feels very locals only) One person in our group knew the bartender KEN- she used to go all the time with some friends. Long story short Ken decided to scream across the bar at all of us he needed to see our ID's. We had not been in the bar for more than 1 minutes and did not even try and buy a drink yet, we were getting settled at the table and putting our money in the dart machine. FYI we are all 21 and ready to buy some drinks. But once Ken wanted to single us all out in front of the whole bar make my group super uncomfortable when we already felt weird about the place we walked right out.
The friend in the group that knew Ken had her new boyfriend with us and that is why this whole situation started. Ken told the girl in our group (I do not want you and your drug dealing boyfriend here) HE IS A TATTOO ARTIST.
Anyways We took our business down the street to The Brass Tap and it was loads of fun and a...
Read moreStopped in on a tuesday night after dinner to have some birthday drinks with family. We hadn't been here in years and moved back to the area and thought we'd try it out.
I remember it being super chill but our experience was kind of the opposite.
We only ordered 2 rounds before we couldn't take it and had to leave.
It was uncomfortablly warm, either A/C was off or it is not strong enough to cool the whole establishment.
Overhead music was on and loud ( ok it's a bar) BUT they also had the touch tunes on. We finally has to go ask the bartender to turn one off b/c they were competing. And we're like whyyyy?
What finally made us decide we're probably never coming back...
As we were bringing our empty drinks back to the bar and closing out our tab, we left the tip on the bar but apparantly the bartender didnt see it right away and started complaining about us not tipping to ANOTHER PATRON AT THE BAR ( what?!) My sister overheard her and pointed to the lip/edge of the bar where we left cash. And then we left.
Not the vibe I'm looking for when I want...
