I had an outstanding experience at GNC thanks to an employee named Riggz. From the moment I walked in, he showed genuine enthusiasm and professionalism. I asked if they had any more of the BUM Energy Drinks – Iced Tea Lemonade flavor, and instead of just checking the shelf, he went above and beyond by going to the back to look for more inventory. That kind of extra effort really stood out. He also helped me renew my GNC Pro Membership and took the time to clearly explain the current promotions and how to maximize savings with every purchase. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about customer service like he does. To the store manager, if you’re reading this—please recognize this guy. Went here yesterday and received amazing above and beyond 5 star service from Michael. Absolutely professional and was so helpful with insight and knowledge on the products and helping me in the directions of what to get being I have a medical condition and are on high dosage medicastions he helped me with great opinions. He was also very helpful in me receiving the most discounts as possible and also told me about the delivery program they offer which is great !!!! Thanks again Michael!!
