The food is fine… but the experience of ordering at the location in Bayonne is always cringe inducing. Last month a girl had a bit if a meltdown after struggling to close someone’s burrito. Which I felt for her about because yeah I’m sure it was embarrassing it wasn’t that big of a deal and she didn’t need to get emotional. Then when my food came down the counter she spilled my quesadilla all over the counter and started putting back into the container. I was like 😬….

A couple weeks ago I asked for a pork burrito and the guy started putting steak on it and I was like hey sorry man I asked for a pork burrito and he paused and gave me a bizarre look like I was somehow in the wrong for correcting him. I went back again today for a quesadilla and the same guy was there and he did the same thing again except put a salsa I didn’t want on it. It really wasn’t a big deal…. but he gave me the same weird look today as the last time and then threw it in the trash.

Maybe I am reading too much into it and I’m wrong. Who knows. but it has happened enough times to me here where it feels like this place’s workplace culture is kinda to look at the customers as idiots. I just feel like if someone orders something but you give them something different or you are missing parts of the item and they ask that you correct it you don’t really need to be rude about it.

It happens all the time there and I feel like gaslighting customers with that kind of reaction is bad for morale. I literally can’t stand coming here for this specific reason. I always feel like they don’t like it when someone says something like “hey can I get the guacamole and sour cream that comes with that?” or “hey sorry I actually asked for this…”

The vibe is super uncomfortable. Anyway. The food is fine. But ordering here really blows most of the time and the people seem like they...

First time visiting this location, and likely my last ever. not sure how in the world they have 4.1 stars. (fishy) I've always frequent the Hoboken location, and what a drastic difference. Female employee who was prepping orders(destiny?) in an empty store, wasn't wearing her mask properly, while talking to friends sitting down in a booth. Was originally happy it wasn't my food she was preparing while talking over the items she was prepping, but than I had to interact with her. The gentleman, who was taking my order passed it along to her, and being that I had to ask my guest waiting in the car via phone call if they would like pinto vs black beans, the employee shrugged her shoulders and waived her hands as if I was taking to long. I explained to (Destiny?), sorry, but being that you are out of one option I have to see if my guest wants the alternative. She was clearly annoyed, and turned around and walked away from me for a moment. Her frustration was compounded by the fact she added a wrong item to my meal which I didn't asked for, and then ask me if she had to make it over again. wouldn't think making a burrito with only 4 items would be such a task, but surprise it was. Needless to say, unless I was forced, I will not visit this location again, I rather reheat food from the Hoboken Location. I actually shortened my...

My husband and I went to Bayonne location on 05/31/2022 around 7pm and let me tell you, the portion of meat the server gave us was so small that we literally counted about 10-12 small pieces of grilled chicken. For the price we paid, I would expect more than that. I was so disappointed that never again we will order from there. Let's not forget the cashier who was on duty around 7pm. She has the most nastiest attitude with her eyes rolling and sucking her teeth as if she had a piece of chicken stuck between her teeth. Slamming the item on the counter. Who does that? Whenever we go there, never once I saw her smile and pleasant with customers. She had one face for everything( the face of, i hate this effing job kinda face). You can't be in the front line and expect customers to come back with that kind of attitude. Workers need customer service training or get better workers. Huge disappointment! I will be taking my service elsewhere. I even took pictures of our...

I went to grab some last minute dinner. I ordered a chicken bowl and a shrimp bowl. I went to the restaurant around 9:50 p.m. and this place closes at 11:00 p.m. I literally saw someone working here brought some soap water and trying to wash the food 🍱 dishes that are right next to the chicken and the soap is splashing all over the food. When I went in it’s busy. Looks like people want to go home in a rush. But from a customer perspective all I want is quality food and quality service for what I pay.. #dishwashing soap #Boycott Bayonne Qdoba #Bad service. I will try to take this to the qdoba management and place a complaint. PFA for the order receipt and as a proof and i see you got cameras all over. I always believe when something is not right speak up and I will in this case. #Food is life.

Update: I returned yesterday and service was better. Also, I see they were in the process of training more employees. Workers should be changing gloves after cleaning. I saw 1 worker doing multiple jobs while fixing orders. Dipping the same gloves in cheese and lettuce that just came out of some bucket filled with God knows what is unacceptable. There were other workers there by the way. Preparing the food is another story. I will say I agree with someone else about online orders being priority. The same unsanitary worker was making a complete mess fixing those before getting to mine. Maybe I came at a bad time because I never had anything bad to say before tonight. I got a bowl and my daughter got a burrito. Look at how much care went into wrapping the burrito

Second time visiting a Qdoba, however this time around the portions were less than half of the container. I paid $27 total for this. Completely under portioned. Customer service was meh, the girl said “pick up?” then handed my order to me, I thanked her, she walked away. The last thing the safety hazards inside the store. Walked in at 10:05pm, I understand they close at 11, there was a half rolled up mat in laying directly in front of the door, which I had to take a biiiig step over, and near the pick up shelf there was a broken wet floor sign laid out on the floor, leaving anyone to trip on either of those two things. This location clearly lacks leadership and training.
