Been coming to OTF Bayonne for 9 months and LOVE it (almost at 200 classes). Cannot say enough good things about this location. The staff and coaches are great (shout out to coach Amanda who does the morning classes; she has an awesome music selection). The coaches really push you to do your best and get those splat points! The front staff are super accommodating/friendly and will help you with whatever you need (had trouble linking my accounts in the beginning and they were helpful). The location is also brand new and spotless. The rowers aren't updated with touch screens yet but hopefully will come soon. They do have the elliptical and bike for those who need that option. They have started challenges like marathon month which is a really fun way to keep yourself accountable and with fun calendars and themed classes. Pro's: have you wipe off each machine after use, there are many class times to choose from and they have started including lift 45 classes. Did I mention free and abundant parking?! Inspite of giving more than 30 days notice they will not cancel your membership, and if you choose to downgrade they will bind you again in 2 months saying it’s a new membership. I have been trying to cancel my membership and also called other locations and I was told that I am eligible to cancel it and also one of the staff from this location said I am eligible to cancel, but the MANAGER she thinks I cannot and is not letting me cancel unless she bills me for more two months. Apparently she thinks she can go against the OTF policy just because she is the manager. I referred friends and for that too they never gave me the offer which was valid when my friends signed up. Read moreI joined Orange Theory in February of this year to kick up my workout routine. I would be lying if I didn’t say my main goal was to lose the stubborn 10lbs I was struggling with on my own but I have stayed for how incredible OTF has made me feel. I walk out of each class proud of the push my body is able to accomplish and how strong I feel with each class I take. I went from DYING running at a quarter of a mile to being able to run 2 miles in a class. I love that I can show up and not think about what I need to do for the next hour of work. On days where I’m feeling sluggish I can set my own slower pace or walk on the tread or pick up lighter weights or when I feel good I push extra hard.
