Confirmed Food Contamination , PLASTIC UTENSILS, and Very Poor Experience. Please fellow googlers take the time to read this before taking the time out of your day to visit this place.
When we first got there it was a small wait of 30 minutes ( Not a big deal ). This was the best part of our experience…….. when we were seated they brought us our drinks and bread. This Bread was ICE cold and our glasses that were given to us, you can definitely tell was not cleaned at all.
Now normally, this we would leave at this point but we were starving so we decided to stay and eat there. We got our salads and when we looked we saw pieces of tomato and ingredients included from their OTHER SALAD that’s on the menu. Luckily their other salad did not have any ingredients I was allergic to because this could have been a huge concern. Either way we decided to stop and just wait for our main course.
My wife had gotten a steak with sweet potato and I had ordered a Steak with Mash and 2 sides for my toddler. When they came out, her sweet potato had HUGE GLUMPS OF RAW BROWN SUGGAR right on top making it completely unedable. Thank God my toddler was not that hungry because he would still be waiting for his food if we were still there; and as for me, I typically don’t like my steak grilled on top of a mountain of salted oil so I only could manage a few bites before giving up.
THIS IS WHERE OUR NIGHT BECAME LAUGHABLE…… A family who looked like who just came from a funeral, tired and starving sat down and had to hear the audacity of the wait staff to say “we ran out of silverware so we will be giving you plastic utensils for tonight”. I would like to point out at this time on a Sunday the place was at HALF CAPACITY. So clearly wait staff and cooks wanted to wrap up early and still take your money. If that wasn’t enough, when I asked for a refill on my coke she gave me a plastic TO GO cup because they “ RAN OUT OF GLASSES TOO”.
Honestly, I have one question …. Why are you taking customers if you don’t have any glass or silverware?!?! CLOSE EARLY if you don’t want to wait on the staff. I would rather you say you are closed or only taking to go orders than embarrassing me in the restaurant with plastic utensils and glassware.
I know my experience won’t take this poorly ran chain restaurant out of business, but I hope this gets enough attention of NJ HEALTH and Corporate to take a look at this place and change everything up! Replace the cooks, the management and make this a better place to eat because with the prices you charge along with whack menu items, the least you can do is our experience as customers...

Had dinner here last night. The food was decent but the service was absolutely terrible. Our waitress was a complete mess! She kept on forgetting things and took her time for everything. A dinner that normally takes about an hour to an hour and half took us 3 hours and 15 minutes.
Don’t get me wrong, we weren’t in a hurry to catch a plane but give me a break! Almost 3 and half hours for a dinner!
It took her about 15 minutes to show up at the table, introduced herself and said she will be right back to take our orders! That right back took about twenty minutes! After taking the order, the appetizers were served about a half an hour after the order was placed! Appetizers were also brought to the table (cold) even the soup was cold!
Empty plates and utensils were left on the table for another half an hour. They were never picked up before the main entrées were served.
Everything was asked for was ignored! More water, ignored. More soda, ignored. How about another fork to replace the unused dirty fork found in the new wrapped napkin, nope! Also ignored!
I have been to many restaurants around the world but I’ve never experienced this kind of lousy service and utter disregard for customer’s satisfaction anywhere! Terrible experience and will most likely avoid this location for future Longhorn dinner.

LongHorn is a favorite among my family members, so this isn’t our first time at a LongHorn restaurant. We’ve been to this location once before and a few other locations in different cities. So we are kind of familiar with the menu and the food they serve.
We really had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and the staff were all outstanding! A special thanks to the restaurant manager, Becky, who was very kind and made sure everything was great. Hostess, Jenn, who was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our waitress, Laura, who was accommodating and made sure everyone was happy.
Although everyone had a great time and the food was delicious, I want to mention that my steak was a bit over cooked on one side of it. It didn’t stop me from eating it but it was a bit disappointing.
Overall, great restaurant, amazing staff and delicious food. We will be dining at this location again soon!

Read moreThe following review is for the service we received on our recent visit, not about the food. The food is always good, sometimes overly salty, but mostly good.
The initial interaction with the waiter was devoid of any expression or greeting. We initially assumed that perhaps she was tired, so we didn't think much of it. However, shortly after, we overheard cheerful laughter coming from the adjacent table. When we turned to look, to our surprise, it was the same waiter engaging in lively conversation with those customers. In that moment, we felt relieved, thinking that our waiter was capable of smiling, and we wouldn't have to endure her aloof demeanor throughout our meal. Unfortunately, our optimism was short-lived. When the waiter returned to serve our table, her countenance immediately fell back into its previous emotionless state. The disparity in her attitude towards us and the customers at the neighboring table was stark, and we couldn't help but notice it.
Eventually, our food arrived, and to our dismay, one of the dishes was excessively salty, rendering it inedible. We promptly informed the waiter of the issue, hoping for a resolution. However, without uttering a word, she simply took the dish away and left, without inquiring if we wanted a replacement or if there was anything else she could do to rectify the situation. Her entire demeanor conveyed a distinct lack of willingness to serve us.
While we hesitate to bring up the topic of racial discrimination, it's worth noting that the customers at the neighboring table shared the same skin color as the waiter, whereas we did not. This disparity in treatment left us wondering if it played a role in the noticeable difference in her attitude towards us. Overall, these experiences significantly dampened our dining mood, and we sincerely hope that during our next visit, we will not be subjected to the same waiter's service. We didn’t bring this up during our visit because we are there to have a nice meal, not confrontation. Plus, no manager came to ask how was our experience anyway. Our dissatisfaction reflected on the tips, she deserved zero, but we still gave her a smaller tip comparing to the usual 18-20% we would normally...
