(Character limit on bk site)lol... Customer service&attentiveness is highly inappropriate&basically nonexistent. While I reached the drive-thru the young woman working the mic has the most distasteful attitude. Whilst “taking my order” there is giggling&vulgar comments made to &w/other employees all during the mic&my order is being placed. If there was more attention&care to the customer, the order wouldn’t have been messed up. I was told to pull In front to wait for the food&it will be brought out to me. When I finally received the food, I checked the bag&3 out of my 6 items were incorrect. After waiting a good 5 minutes to even be acknowledged that I was at the counter, making eye contact w/each&every employee behind the counter waiting to see which one was actually going to do their job instead of them all standing around talking to each other per usual as it feels the same every time coming to this chain. W/no one in the lobby or at the drive-thru there was not one reason to be ignored. When I was finally approached, I spoke to the young lady that “took my order” just previously&explained what was missing&what was incorrect, there was not even one apology. The spicy chicken sandwich was not put in the bag&the crispy chicken rodeo was given to me as a jr size when wasn’t asked for jr size. There is no screen to review the order to prevent&the employee does not review the order back as well. I offered&paid the difference of the crispy rodeo&the jr. The, who i am assuming is the manager or supervisor of this chain, Jonathan, came over to help the woman do the difference. No apologies or even an eye contact or acknowledgement for their mistakeS by this superior. While waiting for my 2 sandwiches, the woman comes over to me&says “you didn’t want cheese did you?” I said “no it’s fine” &as I look over, I see Jonathan opening up the wrapper of one of my sandwiches, not wearing any gloves as he lifted up the top bun&proceeded to pull the cheese off of my sandwich, wrapped it back up&flopped it on the counter. The woman then turned around laughing&when she saw I was looking at them&was aware of what they have done a scarce look overcame her face. When I asked that’s what you do when you guys make a mistake, you dissemble the sandwich, without any gloves, instead of correcting your mistake&making a new one? She shook her head, shrugged her shoulders, chuckled&said “I don’t know.” I then told Jonathan I wanted a refund bc I didn’t appreciate the fact his bare hairy hands were in&on my sandwich. Again, w/out apologizing, it was a “that’s no problem” in response. While he’s holding my spicy chicken in his hand he says with a snarky attitude, “oh&I’m going to need that $1.20 back.” ($1.20 was what he gave me out of the register for the crispy rodeo jr&then i swiped my card $6 something when I was paying for my correct sandwich). The $1.20 should have never been asked for back being i gave the Rodeo jr back. This facility needs some intense retraining, especially in customer service, sensitivity,&professionalism. Jonathan has absolutely no managerial skills&deserves to be demoted&sent for additional training because he is clearly undeserving&incapable of being a superior. To top all of this off, when I got home, the sandwich my sister ordered “grilled chicken rodeo” was just a “grilled chicken” sandwich. Not only have i paid for multiple errors, I wasted my time and had been disrespected multiple times. This isn’t the first time this bk was so poor in customer service¬ the first time this young lady gave the same service as she did this night. Since being built, I’ve been here probably around 5 times&each time I’ve had horrendous customer service, long wait,&my order wrong. The employees are so concerned about fooling around in the back than their actual jobs. Obviously superiors such as Jonathan do not reprimand &/or enforce any rules. This bk was so convenient only across the highway but I would much rather commute to...
Read moreI recently visited Burger King, and my experience was beyond disappointing. I purchased large fries for my son, but they smelled rancid, like they were cooked in old oil, and tasted stale. My son refused to eat them, so after leaving Walmart, I returned to ask for a fresh replacement.
When I explained the situation to the cashier, she asked for a receipt, which I had misplaced. The fries were almost untouched, but the manager, Susan rudely refused to replace them without a receipt. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and to make matters worse, her staff stood right beside her laughing at the situation.
Frustrated, I made a mobile order, returned through the drive-thru, and tried to explain the issue again. Instead of addressing the poor food quality or their lack of customer service, Susan told me to leave and not come back. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable.
After this experience, I decided to look at reviews and was shocked to see another customer mention how staff laughed at them while they were paying with change. Not surprised, as it mirrored my own experience. Although the review didn’t name names, it’s clear this kind of behavior isn’t isolated.
Corporate should not allow employees like this to manage or operate their restaurants. They’re tarnishing Burger King’s name with terrible customer service and poor...
Read moreI ordered on the Uber eats app and was not able to make substitutions to my meal so I called the Burger King to try and get them to add cheese to my burgers however I was told that the cheese was an extra 70 cents. I ordered 3 burgers so that would be an extra 2 dollars and 10 cents. I told her I would place an order for pickup for a side of fries which would be that amount and was told no there needed to be an order with cheese on the burger. When I asked to speak to someone else as she was not understanding she hung up on me. Upon calling back I asked to speak to a manager and she stated she was the manager and began to yell and curse at me. I then finally got to talk to someone else who understood and was told not to worry about it he would put the cheese on. The manager (neven) then held my food hostage and would not give my food to my Uber eats driver until I paid for cheese that was already paid for. This is unacceptable. I called the complainant line and they were no help. I kept asking for a district managers number and she would not release it. Would never go...
