I had a bridal trail yesterday that went horribly. For starters, I got to my appointment time at 3:30 pm (someone called me the day prior to move up my appointment to 3:30 instead of 4) I was greeted and then ignored. I was very clear on the phone that I would be driving an hour and a half from my home to come to you. My time was blatantly disrespected. I was told to sit and wait.

I was finally taken back 40 minutes later for makeup by Mo making the time 4:10. While my car is on a meter. While the girl who was doing, my makeup was sweet but the mascara on my eyes was only on half of my lashes and on my eyelid that I had to point out. She got glue all over my cheek and had to peel it off once it dried with tweezers. Also, my lips and eyebrows were uneven.

I asked Jonalyn for curls and one braid which is a pretty easy task but I got mated waves and a glued-down braid. My hair was also burned by the time I left and had a horrendous odor. It still smells like burnt hair. I am so discouraged from this experience where I was supposed to leave feeling beautiful and I left looking horrible. I took so many pictures of how disgraceful this look came out. It's pretty bad when the owner sees how bad this is going and “tries” to fix the damage. 6 hours plus travel and $270 bucks later. This place actually literally did nothing. In fact one month later my hair went back the way it was entering in. The worst part is that they don't care. You can reach out to them for help on what to do, and they wouldn't respond. I spent so much money here and it literally disappeared. It was like they put a mask that came off after 3 washes.
