Ordered three tee shirts and they were never received. Called to confirm the order was received and was told machine was broken. Gave him another three weeks and called again. Waited on hold for 5 minutes while I could hear him ordering breakfast in the background. He then makes believe he takes my order number to look into it. I could tell he didn't bother to write it down since he repeated the last two numbers to himself as if he was committing them to memory. Probably busy eating that breakfast order. Promises to call back. Naturally he never does. He knew how to put the charge through to my card immediately. Lousy service, lies about your order, no follow up. He just doesn't care. He comes across as a borderline scam artist. If you had luck buying from them in the past I doubt you will be satisfied any longer if this is how he continues to behave. If he can't deliver the product due to malfunctioning equipment, he should offer a refund not b.s.about pretending to "look into it". I'd give him NO stars if it were possible. Where's my order, A+? Still "looking in to it" nearly 7 weeks later? By the way, his contact form on the website is useless since he also doesn't reply to that either. Neither time I called him, nor the two emails that I sent him did he ever offer a refund. Never replied to either email. Avoid them...

We ordered tee shirts per the instructions given to us by John. John told us we can make small orders to see how they come out and then later make a larger order. We were happy with the way they came out and wanted to try a few hats. I walked in and asked Michael if I can make 4 hats. I wanted to see how they look. He said "We can't just make 4 hats." so I mentioned that John said I could do that to test them out. Michael says to me, "Well I'm the boss and I said no." I was a little taken a back by his attitude and he did it in front of other customers. I just said ok and walked out. Its too bad because they do a lot of shirts for the community and now I need to find and promote another place. So if you're ok with getting tee shirts from a rude unhappy owner, this is your place. lol!! As soon as I find a new place I'll let everyone know. Thank you for reading....
