It was a pleasure to work with them, especially with Al. He was efficient, knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. Al assisted with the purchase of a new printer for my home office. He installed the printer and set it up. He was prompt and respectful of my surroundings by, without my asking, removed his shoes at the door and wore a mask the whole time he was working in my home. While working in my home they also set up a new Alexa Dot and brought my original Alexa tower back online. There was no charge for these additional tasks. The total cost was reasonable. I absolutely agree with that evaluation. Worker Leo took my information and promised to call me the next day. Unfortunately for me it turned out that the drive had to be replaced. When I returned to pick up my lap top, Leo took the time to operate the unit and that I was satisfied with the repair. Leo asked me to operate the lap top in his presence to ensure I was comfortable with the new drive. In summary, Leo from The Computer Guy was very professional and responsive.
