I was told to go into the store for deactivating my acct apparently the associate really did not want to do it. I was told I needed to call in. I informed him that customer service said to come in. After this he became rude, combative and as I’m waiting. I ask for manage information. Another 25 min go by and I ask how everything was going he say your going to have to wait this takes time. Long story short he called and told the police I was cursing ect never said 1 curse word waited for the officers to arrive. He tells the officer I was already done and I was finished.
