Subway — Restaurant in Beachwood

My coworker picked up lunch for everyone. I sent her with a note and a screenshot of the wrap I wanted. The wrong sandwich was made. I went back up, with the uneaten sub, receipt, and extra money because the wrap I wanted cost a little more than what I was made. The owner and coworker were too busy arguing with me that thats not what she ordered rather than apologizing and remaking the wrap like I asked. Went to this subway while visiting my sister. First off when I walked in, I noticed how clean the restaurant was. Big bonus!!! Then the couple (possibly the owners) waited on us and were super nice!!! Another big bonus! I got chicken salad wrap with provolone toasted, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, jalapeños, salt, and pepper, oregano, and a little bit of oil . The sandwich was amazing! If I lived closer, I would totally come back....

Very unhappy with my order today. As the receipt shows I ordered a salad with tuna via mobile order. When I got there I had to wait at least 8 min before I could get my order then when my order was finally made the man put an obscene amount of Mayo on top of my salad.
