When I was walking into this Starbucks, after a LONG day at work I was in a good mood. When I ordered my drink my uncle called me when I sat down to wait for my order less than 5 minutes, which brightened my mood. I understand my voice has range because people could hear my uncles voice when he was laughing, including everyone at Starbucks had a normal speaking voice and music was turned up. When the a young black barista with a bun was finished making my drink and I quote told me, “Please keep your voice down” which I asked her to repeat what she said because my uncle was speaking including I said sorry about my uncles and my phone volumes was up. Then she stated with snarling look, “Please next time when you come into the shop keep your voice down because people here are trying to have a good time and we want to keep a good atmosphere.” I don’t appreciate how I was treated and it ruined my happiest moment when speaking with my uncle I haven’t seen in years. He even overheard what she had stated, he stated, “What did she say to you again, because she better be happy I not am there to say something because that was disrespect to you.” I had to call my mother to calm me down after feeling like I was a horrible person who was causing trouble for other people who were doing the same thing when speaking with other people there. I felt alienated with such disgust. I understand that my voice carries but being spoken to like I was an issue when having a normal conversation with a family member. Being spoken to like I was not only a teenager but also in manner of belittlement, disgust, and disrespect. I don’t appreciate how I was treated and I also gave $5 dollar tip out of courtesy,...
Read moreThis Starbucks location has to be by far one of the worst locations I have ever been to. The parking is terrible. It’s like you are literally playing bumper cars getting in and out of there at certain times of the day. The actual Starbucks store is small and usually very crowded because the staff in there are so slow on purpose because it’s so obvious that they would rather be anywhere else but there, waiting on customers. Not only are they slow in cranking out the beverages, they do not even make them correctly, and their customer service skills are deplorable. When you try and ask any of them about their promotions or specials on the app, they have no idea of what you are referring to. To be honest, it’s quite a site to sit in there watch how disgusted and disappointed customers leave on a regular basis because of how long they have had to wait or how horrible their order has been messed up, or even to watch the one female employee with short curly pinkish hair talk so foul to customers on a consistent basis. At the end of the day, it’s expensive coffee, it’s an expensive experience. But dang it, for me- it’s not going to be a MISERABLE expensive coffee experience! I will take my money somewhere else and be...
Read moreThis is my second time coming here this week and I can tell you this drive-through line is horrible. The wait is unbelievably long I finally got to the screen to order. The young lady was so nasty aggressive. I’m waiting to get up to the window so I can actually get her name and see who was so cold unprofessional and unfriendly completely opposite what tmi usual experience here and when I say rude I mean rude if I wasn’t conscious of it, it would have set a negative tone to my entire day, I’ve never had this experience before either in the store or going through the line. It’s very disappointing because I just read a few reviews and see that other people have said something similar and I am sure it’s with this same one person I just got to the window and learned that she moved off of the window very quickly before I got up there. I asked what it was and they told me that it was the manager, black woman and just turned out to be the manager. Unbelievable. someone needs to sit her down and have a conversation with her. On top of all that my spicy butterball which I get every single morning from Other locations cold it’s not hot at all. Making this just an even...
