My iPhone 7 was unable to make or receive calls following the IOS 13 update. Apple was not able to resolve the issue and indicated that the problem may be fixed with a new sim card. If that didn't work, sadly, I would need a new phone. So off to the nearest AT&T store we went. The manager, Stephen, was intelligent, knowledgeable and very courteous. He tried and confirmed that the sim card was not going to fix the issue and guided me to a new iPhone. He proceeded with the setup and data transfer, told us approximately how long it would take and moved on to the next customer. When the shop got busy he did not get ruffled, nor did he rush us or anyone else. He was organized and efficient. He checked my new phone frequently to move the transfer along which was completed in a timely manner. As we were wrapping things up I complimented him on his knowledge and experience. Read moreOur local AT&T generally is wonderful. Young men usually who I can depend on when I need help with my phone. I have a small 20 lb Shiz Tzu service dog. The young man immediately ask me if the dog was a service dog. I replied yes. He was the only person in store. As my husband and I approached him, hubs was already irritated I noticed the gentleman was somewhat uncomfortable. I began to explain my problem and he had the body language that tells me the man is afraid of dogs. Sammy is a very sweet dog and loves meeting new ppl and children. Of course I have in fully under control. My husband got really irritated because the young man was keeping his eyes on the dog. Husband says come on let's go. Long story short...your employees should be trained with understanding of the ADA Law to protect handicapped ppl. And simply not hire ppl who have that great a fear of dogs! Read moreI was disappointed in the service provided. Both employees were working with the same customer when we arrived and he seemed to have been there for quite a while. When I was helped, questions weren’t asked to help me but instead they seemed to disagree with what I was asking for. They gave a little attitude when I asked questions claiming they had tried to explain that to me but they didn’t explain anything; the only questions somewhat answered were ones I directly asked. I will need to update my phone or plan soon but I will plan to seek help from another store in hopes I can leave feeling better than I did on this...
