Hands down absolutely 💯 the BEST Staff EVER! I am a Travel Nurse and have been using Flagship Mail Room's Mail Forwarding Service for about a year 1/2 now. I go into this store often to mail many items, to pick up gifts, etc. Today I went in to return shorts I purchased online. I did not realize I had to print a return label, as I saw a receipt in the bag. I pulled the return label up on my phone and asked for them to print it for me. I was told that printing would be a $5 charge. You lost a long time customer over the $5 printing of a return label.
