4 Covid tests made for travel. The options on Walgreens gives 15 min windows. We selected 4:00/4:15/4:30/4:45 arrive at appt. Explain to the pharmacy tech that we are in two vehicles because we have to go to a baseball practice afterwards. She tells me I can’t take the rest than help my son take a test?? I ask how does anyone give their child a test? She tells me to give my son the test. Then get back in line and come back around???? So we do that. My wife pulls up with my other son. 4:34 for a 4:30 and 4:45 appt. She tells my wife. You are too early you must go wait in the parking lot and come back at 5:00pm. WTH is this lady who is a pharmacy tech completely insane. You are letting a $14 person completely ruin what let’s be honest is your most profitable portion of this entire building.
Get your act together Walgreens this is for a vacation not because anyone is sick and we did the appt the way your site asks for it.

Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at the Walgreens Pharmacy on Calder. The staff were extremely rude—not just to me but to each other as well. It felt like they were taking out their internal frustrations on customers. The cashier person was decent however, I went in for vaccinations, and the person assisting me was unfriendly . While I understand the need to follow procedures and protocols, there is a way to do so while still treating customers with decency .
My prescriptions are filled at a different Walgreens location, where the staff is nicer, but they consistently have issues with availability—either my prescriptions aren’t ready, or they’re out of stock. Unfortunately, between the poor service at one location and the constant delays at another, I’ve decided to find a new pharmacy altogether.

You already shortened pharmacy hours and now there are barely enough pharmacy associates to help customers. Why are there 3 registers in the pharmacy and only 1 being used? You already sell whichever generic medications are the cheapest even though some from foreign manufacturers have been recalled to increase profits. Why are you utilizer fewer pharmacy associates? When you have to post signs to remind customers to be kind to your associates, but you keep customers waiting while trying to save money, it's a bit hypocritical.
