Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Beaumont

I ordered a pick up because of a delivery that took over an hour and a half. The wait time given was 25 minutes. Once I arrived at my pick up time, I was informed there would be another 25 minute wait. There were flies in the establishment to the point of infestation. After 25 minutes I followed the one delivery person into the store. There was no one else there but him. Our food was ready, but no one was packing it (remember flies are everywhere, it didn't look clean either.) the delivery person was cordial and fixed the order so that it could be received. The one extra star is for this service alone. In Beaumont, the restaurant score is supposed to be on the door when a customer enters the store. It was not, and the score on the inside was over a year old. Which gives the impression that the real score is being suppressed. Given the state of the establishment, I guess I can see why they would hide the real score. I will not be revisiting this establishment. I wish the delivery person a better opportunity...

Ordered 2 pizzas online, and selected curbside pickup in an attempt to keep myself, my family, and the employees safe from potential COVID exposure. About 10 minutes after the app said the order was ready, the pizza had still not been brought out to the car, so I went inside to check. After some time, I was able to speak to an employee who notified me that one of my pizzas was done, but the other pizza had been dropped. That dropped pizza (along with some other tools) remained on the floor for the 10 minutes that I waited in the building. I watched as multiple employees acknowledged the dropped pizza, but none picked it up. All in all, my pizza was ready about 20 minutes after it was marked as "Finished". 20 minutes isn't a huge deal, but I was never offered an apology or any sort of reimbursement. Witnessing the lack of cleanliness and professionalism of this restaurant will prevent me from ordering here...

Not a good Pizza Hut. I have ordered here 3 times and it has been 3 fails. I always order a three meat extra sauce pizza. I love Pizza Hut so I wanted this to work and kept hoping it would be better. I never got extra sauce and each pizza was very irregular in preparation. A portion may have sauce and another portion with little sauce....cheese. Same with meat. My last pizza was the MOST dry pizza I have EVER purchased. I ate two pieces and threw the rest away! This place is a rip off of your hard earned money! The staff do not care. I loved the old Pizza Hut across the road where the Waffle House is now. I hope this Pizza Hut goes out of business so that it can't rip people off for sub standard food anymore. If you don't care just shut down and stop...
