Do NOT have a custom piece built at this place! The store manager Jeremy is terrible to work with. I sent an email detailing what I needed per his instructions. 7 pages with pictures and extreme details. I had to schedule an 8:00am Saturday appointment to discuss the details. The only slot he had available. He was a no show! His sales guy said he was told to handle it but he didn't have the email. I had to go through a very detailed explanation due to what I wanted for my bedroom suite. I had pictures and Mike wrote all over them trying to capture a significant amount of detail. Jeremy was supposed to get back with me. Not! I had to call again. Spent another hour with Jeremy going through the very details I had just gone though with Mike. I was told 3-4 months.

Fast forward 4 1/2 months. Where's my furniture? Another few weeks. Call again. Should be close to being done.

5 months later I get nice furniture except for the very detailed bed I custom designed. Two significant details lost in the three ttanslations. I have a sleep number bed. Frame won't work. The bench didn't have the wood showing on the top. it was totally covered with material. We'll fix it. I call again two weeks later. Oh, yeah I need to call about the frame. I'll have him rush it.

It's now a month later. I have to hire someone to finish the bench like I wanted. Jeremy had a person, but his company doesn't do that. He'll take the bench lids off and deliver the bed. He'll get new ones for her to work, and then bring them to my house when they're done to put them on. Bed will be delivered on Monday. Monday comes and goes. No bed. I call again. Oh, they aren't done with the rails yet. Maybe next week.

6 months now. Monday I get a call to pay up but I'm driving. Can I call back? Tuesday a vmail, I need to pay so they can have the "right receipt" when they deliver. I don't get the message to after the store closes Tuesday so I leave a message. I get a call Wednesday (6 months to the day i the signed the order) morning. A vmail with an attitude!! Again I'm in meetings with no access to phone until 2:00. I didn't tell them if I was paying via check or card so they're canceling the delivery.

Now I'm angry. I call back and tell them im not paying until it's complete. I'll leave it at the store to its done. The frame fits my bed and the lids to the bench are done. Jeremy tells me HE'S canceling!!

We looked everywhere for a custom made bed frame for my disabled daughter. We have used this store numerous times before before and were very happy with the quality. We ordered and paid for the bed frame in April of 24 and were told it would be in by Nov 24. So, we waited until Nov 24 and when we called they had no order on file but could find that I had paid. The owner, Jeremy, told us they had a previous employee who messed up some orders. So he immediately refunded our money and then worked with us to get a new bed frame ordered. Several months later the new bed frame arrived and it was not our specifications. Jeremy took the headboard back and revised the specs and sent it to the builder for a redo. In the end there was no additional cost for the redo. We appreciate that Jeremy took responsibility for the issue and worked with us to resolve this long standing order until it was resolved to our satisfaction. Extremely happy with the king size oak bed that we purchased! The bed is beautiful and custom sized perfectly to our Cape cod style room. The color and wood quality are excellent and the whole thing was assembled easily with just one tool.

On top of that, both the associate who helped us select the bed and place the order, and the associate who helped us load it up once ready were extremely friendly and helpful. They lent us several blankets to cushion the pieces during transport and made sure everything was secure before we left.

It does take some time for the order to be ready (took a little longer for us due to Covid delays) so place an order a couple months before you actually need it, but it's worth the wait.
