Placed an order for a bagel pack, brownie, cookie and latte. I arrived after the confirmed pick up time but my order was not ready. I understood since I had placed a larger order. When I arrived I received an email stating that my order was delayed. I sat down and waited. After about 10 minutes, my order status changed from prepping to ready, but I saw no part of my order on the rapid pick up shelf. So I approached the counter and explained that I was notified that order was ready. The young lady began looking around and realized another young lady had just started filling the order. She let me know that she just needed to slice and toast the bagels. I waited another 10 minutes or so when I was informed that they were out of plain bagels. I asked for an additional asiago and cinnamon crunch. She brought the order to the counter and I asked about the cream cheese as well as my latte. She checked the fridge and stated she needed to go to the back. She returns, bags then up and politely says here you go. So, I ask again for my latte. She looks around and goes toward the kitchen. She returns and asks, "is it Carmel?" I reply yes. She goes back and comes back again with a cup that I'd seen sitting in the pick up window when I arrived. I normally have a great experience at this Panera but was disappointed today. Not only was I late returning from work but also realized, when I sat the bagels out, that I only had 12 instead of 13 and only had 2 cinnamon crunch when there should...
Read moreLet me preface this by saying I really don’t visit Panera a lot anymore- mainly because I think their food is overpriced for what you get and the quality has gone way down. This evening kind of supported that. What once use to be a delicious chicken salad sandwich now taste more like a lettuce sandwich. I’m not even sure what type of bread it was on. The crust was inedible…. But the reason I’m writing the review is because after ordering a group soup and several other items I was told that they were out of bread bowls, which I wasn’t too upset about because their baguettes are pretty delicious so I asked that they substitute the bread bowls for a baguette and was told that they were also out of baguettes (as I watched them roll a full rack of baguettes over to the side) when I asked again if I could have one of those that just came out of the oven she told me they were for tomorrow I asked for her to try and get approval from the manager - in my mind I’m spending $50 and a baguette would surely go better with soup than four bags of chips - and when she returned, she told me that the manager said they could not sell the bread that is held for tomorrow or they might run out - kind of ironic I thought since they had run out today and still had over an hour and a half left before closing! What a ridiculous policy and not customer friendly at all. Needless to say I won’t be visiting again...
Read moreI came here today at about 730 to pick up a doordash order I received, went to the door, and it was locked, it said to go to the other door, so i did, it was also locked, the third door had a sign on it that said they were closing early at 7pm. I went through the drive through, where nobody came to the speaker, so I pulled up to the window. There was a sign that said pick up orders should go inside (LOL) There were employee no more than 5 feet from the window eating and drinking a gossiping. Every. Single. One. of those employees looked right at me and did absolutely nothing. When I didn’t leave, they eventually grabbed their food and relocated to the back of the store, out of view of me. A few minutes later two employees walked back in sight, looked right at me, laughed, and then went back to the back. At this point i decide to knock on the window, nothing, so i knock again, and FINALLY somebody begrudgingly comes to the window, and says they’re having a ‘company party’ and that they are closed and can’t make the order. This place was probably the most poorly ran restaurant I have ever been to, incredibly unprofessional. Do yourself a favor, and drive the extra few miles to a...
