Was given a credit. 2nd visit, the order was again written INCORRECTLY by the manager herself (Ski) and again the subs weren't even prepared to match the incorrect ticket. They denied everything when we returned with the food in front of them, then we were told the Owner refused to refund our money and told to leave. Again, do not eat here, because they are incompetent and dishonest; the owner, manager, and the kitchen cook (Chris). UPDATE: The owner, who replied to my review, very clearly sides with the workers over the customer, reinforcing the mindset that the customer isn't valued and likely why his employees are untrained and constantly making obvious mistakes. I never thought I'd have to check my food the 2nd time, having given my order to the manager; I was so wrong... I don't know of any customer that would go through so much trouble and make 2 trips to this place if the order was correct, which it very clearly wasn't. They actually came out to the public parking lot and told me they'd call the police if I didn't leave. I had to roll the window up after the worker wouldn't walk away from my car. I called the Beavercreek police department myself, who informed me they would not come if the store called and for me to call back if they harassed me again. Read moreI have been to this location multiple times in the last few months due to me being out this way. I have NEVER had to wear a mask to enter. I have a health condition that prevents me from being able to wear one. Tonight I came in and a guy wearing a Starry night mask told us we could not enter. I told him my doctor has specifically exempted me and he said, "I don't care. It is against health regulations." I told him it is discrimination because of my health condition and actually goes against my own health. He said I can not enter without one. I asked if he had one to provide for me and he said he did not. I have a health condition so I don't even own one. If it is THAT required, then provide one. I mean it is only to walk 20 feet to a table.
If you are worried about following CDC guidelines then maybe this establishment should learn about it. CDC guidelines say this is a mandate to wear masks, but those who have health conditions are exempt, especially with a doctor giving me an exemption. It wouldn't be a big deal if I hadn't been here multiple times in the last couple months, even last week and not even been told I had to wear one, because I had never been told before to wear one. Waited both times to be seated over 5 minutes only to be told dining area closed (9p). Then watched a group of 3 seated right behind me. Should have left but stayed. Then the waitress which I didn't realize even worked there till she finally stopped at my table had walked by 4xs minimum then was talking to the 2 bartenders for a while she then comes and brings a menu and asks if I'd like a drink which I ordered a soft drink and said I'd like to order she says she we will be right back which she wasn't she came back 10-12 mins later and I ordered. Food took a while then a different server in a uniform brought it to me she was very nice and got me a refill on my drink as well (if you have 3 or 4 of her you would be good) I don't recall her name but she had dark hair and only one of 2 young ladies working July 3rd between 845 and 10pm. The other girl in a grey tshirt was plain awful the worst I've experienced in some time. No urgency no nothing at all I flagged her down and she still ignored me.
