Me and my boyfriend went here for a couples massage, and I did not like the service. 1) they had us both with female massage therapists which I was fine with, but during my massage my therapist walked out to tend to other customer, after more than 5 minutes someone else had came in to massage me without saying anything and I didn’t realize until later that it was a man!! And I was NOT okay with having a male therapist touch me but they didn’t ask me. 2) he did not give me a good massage and he hurt me, after I told him once to stop using a lot of pressure he continued to hurt me. Did not listen to me, and I felt uncomfortable. The First Lady that massaged me never came back. So most of the massage was not good. 2) My boyfriend got burned by the hot rocks and the lady used way too much pressure on his legs, causing pain. And it was his first experience which was ruined he doesn’t ever want to go back. I do not recommend this place because they’re not professional. Especially when it comes to females I SHOULD BE ASKED IF IM OKAY WITH A MALE...

I've been coming to this place for years. I loved it at first. I recently went there and was extremely disappointed. The massage is good. No doubt about that.However not everything is good.

1. I walked in and the attendant told me that they no longer offer the same services/price that's on their website. I asked about the ones on the board they have at the reception. She says that's an old price list that has been changed by the owner. I asked her why not change it on both the website and process board,her answer was as sketchy as they tried and failed. I felt like she finessed me since the price of service I paid for wasn't matching what was online.

2. After the incredible massage, I tipped her and she straight up DEMANDED more. She even got angry. I tipped her well but she was unappreciated.

3. management should really look into training their staff with better communication. Also UPDATE YOUR PRICING to match the services as is. I'm so...

Great people with good customer service.

The massage is very good and they take into account any areas you want them to avoid due to pain or if you have other concerns. They are very thorough and make sure they give you the whole hour that you have paid for and sometimes will go over the hour to ensure that. Their prices are very competitive compared to other places.

Their chairs go all the way back so the massage covers your head, neck and back too.

Very relaxing atmosphere and they do their best to make you feel at ease.
