If I'm speaking honestly, this is probably the best bubble tea that I've ever had and especially it's the best bubble tea in the Beaverton area. However, it is also one of the most overpriced bubble teas ever. The prices have just gone up and up and up and there doesn't seem to be any cap for them. At this point for a smoothie it cost $9. You can go and eat an entire meal at any fast food place and probably get your food faster and better customer service than any of those places than you would here. The staff here never seems to be friendly. They're always congenial but between either being understaffed and overworked or just being non-friendly people. The customer service here is definitely lacking. They need someone to come in and teach people to always be friendly. Always be enthusiastic and always being greeting every single customer that walks in. It's a small business with only about 20 seats in total and you can see the entire store as soon as you walk in while the staff might be overworked and understaffed. As soon as someone walks through the door they should be greeting out and saying hey welcome in. We'll be right with you. Let me know if you have any questions. Something to that degree but I have never been once greeted that way since the original owner Ronald sold his business when the ownership transferred over. That's when everything has continued to go downhill. From the customer service to the prices to the overall aesthetic hair, there used to be much better music playing in the background. Oftentimes with music videos and it was far more child and family appropriate. Now they have a bunch of rap music playing no music videos. Often times filled with swear words and again the people here just are not friendly and the worst part is the prices aren't exorbitant. However, I can't argue the fact that this is the best bubble tea in town, so I guess they know it and they don't seem to need to change considering that they're still in business. They're successful and people still keep coming here regardless of how expensive it is. And regardless of how bad the...
Read moreSaw this place had great reviews so we decided to give it a try. When I first walked in it looked nice and clean, very welcoming atmosphere. Except I wasn’t welcomed, I actually said hello first to the cashier. There was another worker just sitting by the cashier a girl, who seemed to be .. distracted I’d say. I didn’t even notice she was there until after I placed my order. She just got up and started making the drinks. No smile, no hello, nothing. The prices were a bit high I’d say. We paid $35 for 4 drinks. My son did love the claw machine, but the drinks were not what I expected. I’m sorry but how can you go wrong with just a taro milk tea. The sweetness made it uncomfortable for me to enjoy which was a huge bummer. It also did not taste like “tea” whatsoever. It was just a sugary drink with boba and rainbow jelly. I had to wait for the ice to melt in order to somewhat enjoy it. My two boys didn’t even finish their drinks either because of the sweetness… and they’re kids. Three out of the four drinks are still more than half way full in our fridge. Not worth what we paid sadly and I even left a tip. Huge bummer. Lastly, they advertise themselves as “best boba in town”… I don’t think I’d agree...
Read moreThe best boba place EVER! I've been around Oregon looking for the best boba ever and I think I found it. They have great decor using perler beads, that they make all in house. They also have a place to hang pictures of you and your pet which I think is adorable, and they also have tons of games to play with friends and your kids. They are still fairly new, which may shoo people away but let me tell you, I started going there during their soft opening, when they were trying to connect the pieces together and they always killed it there. The staff is friendly and gives great recommendations, the bubbles itself is always really soft and yummy, the Wintermelon milk tea or smoothie are my go to's. Whenever I get boba no matter how far I am, I will always go here first, they are open 7 days a week and they are the only boba place open past 10pm (so i've found so far). So if your in the Murray/Beaverton area, please stop by and give these guys some love because personally I think they...
