If I could give this place negative reviews I would. I went in on a Sunday to get a powder dip color change. I tell them I want black and they say no problem. 30 mins later when it’s time to apply the new color they decide to tell me they didn’t have black. I was already on the hook for paying for the manicure, so I let them put powder on with a black gel top. The next day I break a nail taking my sweatshirt off. I have it fixed. The next day, 2 of my nails break while washing my face. I went in and had them fixed again. The NEXT DAY I go in and they tell me they brought the black powder from another salon. Someone applies it, but doesn’t sand it down smooth so I leave with bumpy hideous nails. 2 more of my nails break. I grow out my natural nails and now have only 2 real nails left because they all broke and had to have tips put on. By Friday that same week I broke another nail, opening my fridge. I go to another location because they were closed for renovations and a lady completely redoes them. They look better, but the next day they break again. I had to ask them to put more coats on, because they didn’t understand how to make my nails strong so they would last. I will NEVER come here again, this was the worst manicure experience of my life and they RUINED my nails. Now they won’t give me a refund after 2 more nails polish came clean off. DONT COME HERE. New to the area! Very nice staff and I was helped right away; however, my nails really look terrible. I asked for them to be done square with just a little coffin shape, but they were cut too short and did not look right. I asked her to fix the best she could, so she left one hand with a sharp angle on top of each nail and the other hand squared. They are also very thick and do not look natural. I just wish someone/owner could have come over to observe the result and maybe tried to fix it! It was a bit pricey too for what was done. Unless someone can do better work, I doubt I will go back. I went there to get my acrylics removed and have a manicure and pedicure. When the she removed my nails she went too deep with the nail drill and hurt me multiple times.she asked her coworkers how to remove the acrylics which tells me she didn’t have any experience. The pedicure was fine. It wasn’t great it was just fine. However when she gave me a manicure she kept filing down my nail beds and they were already pretty thin. She filed them down so much that one of my nails split down the middle. She filed my nails into uneven shapes and wanted to put nail polish on them but I refused because my nails were so uneven. When she put clear coat on them she kept putting more layers of polish on the layers that were still wet. She didn’t remove my cuticles all the way either. I ended up paying $70 . It definitely wasn’t worth the money...
