I came here and ordered a caramel frappuccino and I asked for a cup of ice water in a 97 degree day. The girl works there was so rude. She told me to wait with irritate attitude, and she never deliver my ice water. I went up there again to ask for water after waiting for 10 minutes. She was annoyed and handed me the water.

West Hills Starbucks on Barnes Road, always friendly, efficient, and the drinks there are usually first-rate. Definitely enjoy it every time I go there, which isn't often, but the service and quality seems consistent. Definitely worth giving a try, if you haven't already....
