I received a corporate survey today for this Starbucks branch so I figured I might as well write a google review too...
This is my favorite Starbucks to visit - and it is ALL due to the people working here. I have been a semi-regular customer for a number of years but there are a few staff members (Shellie and Michael in particular) who remember me by name which is a personal level of service/connection that makes me feel like this is my neighborhood coffee shop (and humanizes Starbucks' image as a huge corporate entity). That level of greeting and engagement also goes far beyond a hand-written message on the coffee cup. Every time I visit this branch, I am always impressed by how many customers their staff members/partners know by name and how enthusiastically and authentically they serve. Read moreSo my company called ahead 15 kids hot chocolates to have them prepared and ready to go by 1:15 we called ahead about 3 hours so they would be able to have them ready without having to rush and without having to hold up and waist our time can you please explain to me what is the point of calling ahead and placing an order if you're not going to prepare it I understand that the quantity is a lot but you had three hours to prepare the order for takeout you guys have three employees for Starbucks and as an extra bucks employee that's absolutely ridiculous Starbucks has a standard and I feel that you as a store Have failed that standard when I was working at Starbucks I had to make three drinks at any given time my store with consistently packed and busy and understaffed most we had two employees on the clock are you guys having three I'm disappointed and so...
Read moreI LOVE this Starbucks ! They have the most friendly staff ever. I prefer more warm milk than coffee so I get a latte w/o foam which some other stores argue isn’t possible - not this store, they either make it right the first time or fix it for me without telling me I’m a pain (which I know I am). They also keep their staff - they don’t appear to churn through employees so it’s usually the same friendly staff each time I go in. It’s like going to Cheers - where everyone knows your name.
