I had like st my confidence in driving to my hometown Cleveland, Ohio from Toledo. A two hour drive that was a breeze for me had became a mountain that I couldn’t climb. I talked to my best still in Cleveland almost daily. She is so full of wisdom and is always encouraging me to be good to myself as I am to others. She had finally sparked my desire and a new friend was willing to accompany me on this journey knowing that if I became to nervous she was willing and able to complete the journey. My best friend had the perfect idea that all women love shopping for to encourage me to make the drive. Let’s go shopping for diamonds, yay! I made it safely to Cleveland and the rest is a beautiful great day. She said she had shopped at this particular jewelry store along with her husband since they married over 25 yrs ago. Look no further Tracey at Howard’s Jewlery will show you what you’ve been looking for in fine jewelry. Me, my best friend and lil sister were all serviced with grace and the upmost attention in an extraordinary amount of time. She is so knowledgeable and will take time to get you the most return on your old jewelry and pay you without harassing you to make a purchase. In addition to me having a ring that was in need of an overhaul with prongs and stone setting. I couldn’t believe the cost especially with everything being so high in price. I immediately took it off it was a deal that I could not afford to miss. Now it was time to shop as we were getting to know Tracey who greeted us with sincerity and professionalism. After listening to her it was simple just tell her what you are looking for and she definitely will make it happen. Never was she pushy or overbearing in trying to make a sale. She’s so personable it was like she became the third friend shopping with us and we were having a great time talking about our favorite pieces of jewelry and the fond memories that connected us all. I never thought about purchasing rubies but I didn’t want a wedding ring look. I asked about rubies since I belong to the greatest sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Inc.Tracey simply said well let’s take a look at some rubies and see if anything catches your eye. Immediately a ruby ring with diamonds jumped out on me and I was sold. Tracey seemed more excited than me because the price was definitely in my range and with what she offered me for my tennis bracelet, the ring magically became mine. I wanted a ring to fit my index finger, however my arthritis made it impossible for the ring to fit my finger. Tracey was very concerned and checked with her manager who also had introduced herself and relayed that we were free to ask her anything as we admired her beautiful ring set which included rubies and diamonds. Unfortunately, the ring I chose could not be sized to fit without messing up the integrity of the design. Tracey with her comforting and sweet voice simply said well let’s see how it would on another finger. To my surprise I thought she had traded my ring magically with one that was identical as it slipped right on my ring finger on my right hand. At that moment we all knew the ring was never gonna leave my mine. Mind you as Tracey had made me a very happy owner, she also was wrapping up the sale with my best friend who was purchasing a grow with me bracelet for her newest addition to her family her granddaughter. She was so impressed with the mechanics of the bracelet that she purchased two. Three friends shopping met a new friend Tracey leaving all of us feeling fantastic and satisfied. Our third friend just couldn’t make up her mind and once again Tracey came up with a magical solution. She simply stated she would put the two rings on hold until my friend made her decision. Much different than other Jewelry stores...go here first and your only stop! An absolutely incredible experience at Howard's Jewelry in Maple Heights. Tammy listened to what I wanted. Came back with a ring two toned beautiful and laced with diamonds...it was like she pulled the vision out of my head and put it in front of me. Then she 'staged' the size and quality / cut of diamond I wanted on the ring so I could see it there and IN PERSON! No pics, no discussion; just action! There it was! Perfect!! She gave me various options. I made my choice! She had it mounted in a unique way I loved. Tammy then followed up with me...to pick up ring! The personnel there was amazing as well! Knowledgeable, friendly and consumate professionals! Other stores talked and were helpful, but Tammy showed the staged jewelry and gave reasons why to purchase from there! Four times I have had to take my engagement ring back to be repaired for the same repair. Zero improvement was made any of the four times. The first time, they decided to put in smaller diamonds then what was originally in the setting making the appearance that the diamond was sitting sideways. We brought it back. The ring was brought to the manager on the second time we brought it back and she was made aware of the situation. She agreed that the diamonds were smaller then what was supposed to be in the setting. The third time I called to tell them again that it was in fact not fixed and the ladies response on the phone was incredibly rude, "what's wrong with it now." The forth time, I took the ring and left with being told that there is nothing they can do to fix it. The manager claimed to have no knowledge of this instance prior to the 4th visit, which was a lie. Needless to say we will never purchase anything from this store again and look forward to cutting all...
