I have been Here so many times over the Years, I was in from Lancaster County last weekend for Bedford fall foliage days, Loved it so much, had the best customer service, I thought I would return for more of the same today and had an absolutely disgusting experience, The product is unbelievable and food quality is top notch, But woah, the young lady in there today couldn’t have been less interested in Customer service, and could’ve earned an award for the worst customer service, She was So snippy and At one point I even said After such a awful treatment “I hate to even bother you to ask you anything else, I can tell You couldn’t be less interested In My order” She was so nasty, this was after a handful of times of snapping at me, Rolling Her eyes, threw my popcorn up on the counter, I could tell the one Kindhearted shorter blonde haired girl felt bad for me, At one point I even Waved Her over and Felt like mouthing the words “Save me” (from this Girl!) she was horrible, She Stood two of the bags of popcorn up, The one was already Heat sealed, she kindly did the rest and my experience with the nightmare girl was over, The blonde girl walked me down to the register and I said to Her “If I didn’t love the product so much I should’ve really walked out, But Thank You, You we’re so kind” I Even told Her I appreciated Her Hard work and Kindness to Come save the day and That when I walked in, I noticed there couldn’t have been two more completely different customer service experiences waiting in there for the customers, I said “You we’re soooooooooooo nice with Your customers, I wish I would’ve had You, The other girl was so nasty” because of the kindhearted Blonde girl who I hate to refer to Her as that, Bug I didn’t get Her name, the other girl who I’ll always remember in my mind as “nightmare girl” was Raleigh, Haleigh, Or something like that, She Had A Nice name, But a Horrible Demeanor, And I Mean the Absolute worst, Not the culture or the quality you could otherwise come to typically expect from a place that for years has otherwise offered nothing less than the best quality at a fair price and With exceptional Flavor! We received bags of their popcorn as gifts for guests at a wedding. The peanut-containing ones were not labelled as such!!!! Instead they said "Chocolate & popcorn" on them, which turns out to be the name of the company, not the product. And no ingredients are listed. I escaped with minimal exposure, so minimal that I thought I was wrong to have worried and didn't think to warn my niece. She got hit full on, anaphylaxis, no sleep that night. If there had been nothing on the bags to suggest ingredients--no "chocolate"--that would have been better. Someone could...

We recently visited this location since it was highly recommended by the staff of Omni. (Now, we understand why!) Tammy & Staff are super nice & knowledgeable about their deliciously mouth watering GOODIES! 😊

On Saturday, we picked up a Large Dill Pickle Popcorn, Small Fruity Pebble Popcorn & many candies for Easter Baskets!

Sunday night, we were sadden by our empty bag of Dill Pickle Popcorn! So, we ordered a HUGE 3.5 Gallon Tin of it along with more Fruity Pebble & Orange Peel Dark Chocolates! It was here by TUESDAY! AMAZING!
