Giving this review simply based on the customer service I receive from Lyn. I never came to this location often, but I return there frequently just because she is there. She isn't pushy, she listens to what I am insecure about and finds everything to fit that. I do not like to be followed around or pressured when shopping (nor does anyone I am sure, which had happened here with an older woman recently, side note lady: no one likes that, don't tell them to do that, btw.) Lyn and the girls don't make me feel that way though. Love love her and would recommend anyone to visit her! Thanks for always making me feel/look fierce Lyn! Love all of the girls there and I think you all do an excellent job! Keep doin ya...

so I just came in today and the girl who greeted me talked to me for at least 5 straight minutes. a "hi how are you, can I help you find anything" would have sufficed. talking to me and my mom for FOREVER when its obvious that we are just trying to look around quickly is annoying. you don't need to know about my Christmas plans, if I'm done Christmas shopping, or what both of our names are. I get that she's trying to be nice, but she does this everytime I go in and I'm not gonna go back after today....

I always find what I want in here...and more! We host events for our business around the US almost every week, so I need to switch up my jewelry and clothing quite often. Francesca's always has a modern, quality selection good prices. Love that there's always a sale when I get there. Staff are consistently friendly, and greet me when I walk in the door. I'm grateful to have them...
