Pretty much everyone had had a good experience here based upon the reviews, however my experience was quite different when i came a year ago. I had a very disconcerting experience with the staff (who overall were pleasant but also left me feeling uneasy in ever returning to wearing my wedding band and engagement ring and therefore I have since gone to using silicone rings 99% of the time). I brought 2 rings in to be fixed...one for a missing diamond, the other had separated. I waited two weeks for the rings only to get them back with only one fixed appropriately -the diamond had been replaced on ring #1 and ring #2 had been repronged (as they suggested to do due it its age - which was a very good idea) but it had not soddered back together. They said they would be as quick as possible to fix ring #2 completely (which still took over a week). Then in less than 2 weeks, another diamond fell out of ring #1. They told me id once again have to pay $150 for the small stone to be replaced. I refused as it was to be checked and tightened the first time and (in my opinion) shouldn't need to be fixed again in this short time frame. I was told that with my type of ring (micro-pave) a diamond could fall out at any time..even two hours after they replace it. They stated that micro-pave is very delicate and gave me a long list of times that i shouldnt wear it (which left me pretty much thinking that nearly none of my day was safe to wear it). I left the store very upset and distraught. I do have to say they called me back within less than an hour to say they would go ahead and fix it (which they did within the usual 2 week time frame). When i picked it up, the discharge paper stated that they "could not guarantee another diamond would not fall out". So needless to say, I barely wear my wedding rings anymore because now i am horrified to lose more stones. ...and prior to this i had worn my bands every day for 5 years. Taking it off for dishes, laundry and work only...and never had an issue with that band - Prior to this instance. I just feel like the experience, if handled in a different manner could have turned out much better. Maybe my circumstance was unfortunate and not the usual experience...but all i know is how i feel and how I will not return or recommend them due to...
Read moreI really really hate writing this because I wish my experience was so much better. So my now husband and I got our wedding bands from this location. Went in ordered themâŠeasy right? The problem came when picking up my husbands ring. He went to the store by himself and it didnât fit. The woman who helped him re sized him and told him due to the time frame they might not be able to do the engraving before the wedding day but can do it after being we already paid for it to be, but they would re order the new size and get it to us asap. I gave it a week and called back to check the progress. THEY HAD NO RECORD OF THIS AT ALL. It was in the system that we had the ring. I had to explain the entire thing to the girl I ordered with. So a week and a half before my wedding my husbandâs ring hasn't even been ordered. I asked âwhat happens when we donât get it in time?â Her response was âweâll give you a loaner ring for the ceremonyâ. Yeah no bride wants to hear that but ok . She did get it to us in time, obviously not engraved but fine no biggie. Then less then 30 days after the wedding his $900 wedding ring fell apart. The carbon fiber inlay is just falling out. Not to mention my rings were âsizedâ also but they literally spin on my finger. Iâve had to wear a sizer the entire time. Another service I paid for (that actually was supposed to be where she âcut us a dealâ but had me pay for it when I picked up my rings and didnât think I caught that) but obviously wasnât done correctly if it was done at all. The worst part is Iâve always heard good things. I trusted them. Will I again? Absolutely not. I donât know what happened to them but I never in my life thought this of all things would happen. Just bad service and obviously cheap overpriced products....
