I can't stress enough to everyone DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I emailed the owner that I needed a 7 letter word embroidered on some shoes and a patch sewn on. I asked for a rough estimate, he asked if I was bringing in the patch or would they be making it for me. I said I had the patch. So we spoke on the phone and he assured me he could do it, to just come by. So I did, he had me speak to his worker (Rosa) that would be doing the work, I showed her how I wanted everything, he quoted me a price of $75 . They emailed me that the embroidery would be smaller than they thought, I said it was fine. They sent me a picture of only the embroidery done, I asked about the patches. He called me (rudely) and said he didn't know what I was talking about, they don't do patches, I said that's what I told you and Rosa that I wanted . He said Rosa who (as if I made up the worker) he said "Just come in, pick up your stuff and pay, cause IDK what you're talking about, we don't do patches, not my problem". This man is heartless and a complete scam artist, go elsewhere,...
