Received a water bill for $366 for running irrigation which we have never used it has been unplugged and turned off since the day we moved in they are advising that it is too bad for us because their meter says that we used 40,000 gallons of water in a month to water our lawn I have attached a picture of how dead our lawn is and you can be the judge if it looks like 40,000 gallons of water were used to keep it nice and green. I highly recommend if you think about building or moving to Bellevue city limits that you definitely look into the costing that they charge for water and utilities. Coming from the City Of Ocala of a water bill between 30 and $50 a month with irrigation this seems to be a bit of highway robbery in the city of Bellevue pretty much told me oh well pay the bill or we turn off your water. I was able to come to a resolution without her assistance, but was still very surprised that she offered to mediate the problem if necessary.
