Repair Logix — Local services in Belleview

Disappointing. I left a PS5 with Repair Logix on the week of September 27th. I didn’t have much history on it but it wouldn’t power on. After we discussed budget for the unknown repair I was told that I should hear something middle of next week. When that time passed I chalked it up to storm delays etc.

Three weeks go by and I still haven’t heard anything so I call. I’m told that he still hadn’t heard back from Sony and he had a lot of phone and tablets in the store explaining the no contact/no repair.

Today is November 8th and I never received another update or call on the device. 6 weeks after I dropped off the PS5 for diagnostics I went to the store to retrieve it. It was sitting on the floor presumably where it was left on Sept 27th. It did not look like it was tested or diagnosed after 6 weeks so I took it back.

Perhaps for small repairs or minor things this is a good place to go but my experience of having zero communication on my request for 6 weeks is simply inexcusable. Not a place I...

I went in there to fix my iPhone 7 Plus screen. They fixed it and then went into my settings and changed the colors some how, I thought for the longest time I dropped it in a way that distorted the colors, I then bought a new iphone, transferred all my settings from my old iPhone and that’s when I discovered they had changed it. When I came in i talked about how unsavy I was with technology and I bought a phone case and everything from them (cash) The guy thought I was loaded and probably wanted me to come back in to pay another 80$ to “fix” the colors.
