As sad as it makes me have to write this, I feel it’s my obligation to share my truth as it stands. I purchased a bunch of merchandise and on one in particular the number in front of the 9.99 was faded so you could not see it therefore instead of it being 9.99 it was 49.99. as soon as I left the store, I noticed and called back (within 10 mins of reciept)and told them if I can please bring it back and exchange for even store credit now (as they had just closed) so I can actually make sure to get the Bible my husband wanted because the one I bought I only bought because I thought it was 9.99 and i can afford that risk but I cant afford the $49.99 Risk. So I’d rather come back with more time and actually get the one that I know is right or bring my husband back so he can pick it out his self. She went in circles with me the first time then said to call back in a day and she think about it. I called back. She just insisted that her policy was no refunds, but I said in this case your price was wrong and I called back immediately, so no damage was done to the book and even offered store credit in exchange so I could actually get the one I want and even put money on top of it if I had to. It’s troubling that when something was a genuine mistake on their end that they don’t lead with the right thing to do to make it right morally & faithfully. By correcting a mistake that was ultimately initially their fault they wouldn’t have lost any money as I was not asking them to honor the 9.99 I was asking for the full refund and they could even replace it with credit towards something else and receive their undamaged in the box product back… They would’ve gained money because I would’ve still spent the money in the store and then I would’ve came back and bought things often as I work right next to them and I’m very serious about my faith. I understand there’s a policy and I understand why that policies in place, but there has to be a little bit of room for Grace as a mistake was not only made by me but initially by you for not having a clear message...

It was such a blessing. When I call to see if there were open and how long would it be open . Mimi was so delightful and so welcoming. Once I arrived they had such a variety of things. The prices was amazing trust me you wont leave empty handed. God bless Mimi’s Gift & More. I will definitely visit every time...
