Wow, so very disappointing! Used to love this place, not so much anymore. The time before this visit wasn't great, but considering how it was a couple years ago when I started patronizing the establishment I figured they were having an off day. Compared to today's experience that bad visit was wonderful. In case I lost you let me lay it out. For starters the guacamole was definitely not fresh -it had a discoloration through most of what was in the bowl that was put on the table, only the very center looked and tasted as it should. The Chile rellano was even worse. The cheese on top appeared to be partially melted, but had solidified into a clump that slid right off the pepper which was as cold as you'd expect if you just pulled it out of a refrigerator I couldn't eat the whole thing, it was that bad. The burrito and enchilada were marginally better (maybe they were nuked separately). Now even when the food is bad the experience could be made better by a pleasant wait staff making accomodations (offering to heat it up, getting something different, etc.) It's too bad they didn't have that either. The server was a young lady who appeared once to take the order, again to bring my drink, then not again until I was just about done ( a runner brought the meal). Had I not been so hungry I would have just left, instead I forced it down, left cash, and a fitting tip of $.02 which was what was left over by paying the bill to the closest dollar. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS NASTY PLACE. If you are going to charge premium prices I expect premium service. Now for the FACTS. Upon arriving I noticed trash blowing around the front of the place. We walked in and I noticed the place was about 1/3 full. I also noticed that several of the waiters/waitresses were all standing around talking at the back of the place. We stood at the hostess stand about 5 minutes before anyone came up. Finally a girl came up and said "two?". We said Yes and she took menus and showed us to a both. She didn't say any to us just put the menus on the table and walked away. Now I notice 3 of the staff standing at the hostess stand. After 5 minutes a group of 7 came in and was seated near us. NO ONE has come to our table to ask about drinks or anything else. After about 5 more minutes a girl comes out and brings the 7 top chips and salsa and them brings us chips and salsa. Shortly after that a server comes out to the 7 top but no one to us. We waited 5 more minutes and WALKED OUT! This place's customer service SUCKS. Almost 15 minutes in a 1/3 filled place and no one comes to a customer? We have been there before and the service was no where near this bad. I will never go there again as it is apparent there is no management there. Now I know why it was only 1/3 full on a Friday evening. Don't go unless you have...

I really would like to give this place more stars than the two that I did but I really can't. First, the service was really, really great! The staff is friendly & attentive & honestly, that would be 5 stars in itself. Our issue was the food.

We are lovers of Mexican cuisine & honestly found that some of the best places are located in little hole in the walls or in strip malls like this one but unfortunately, this didn't fall into that category. The chips tasted like store bought & the salsa was very tomato pastie. The cilantro was pretty much nonexistent, it was very watery & really did taste awful. I have had some subpar salsa's before but this one would be pretty close to the top of the list.

The food came out very timely, was hot & looked very appetizing; presentation was not an issue at all. I ordered chicken & shrimp fajitas which sadly was flavorless, with the shrimp overcooked & gummy & the chicken a tad tough. The lack of flavor was very disappointing. The other party dining with me was also disappointed in their meal & addressed very similar concerns.

After seeing the high reviews, I was very excited to go here but it was a disappointment, maybe the cook was off that night or maybe not 100% in the game. I would like to say that I would go back & give it another try but I don't think...
