Customer service is subpar to none.. The place needs some upgrade and tlc from the owner.. The new dryer in the back of the facility are descent but the rest of the place needs sprucing up. Lack of cleanliness.. The restroom is for employees only; idu if your customers need a restroom considering it is a laundromat and they will be there for at least 2 hours, what is the reason for this.. This has the potential of being a cozy old-school style laundromat but goodness, it's so cold in there. This is why I only come here when the weather is above 40 degrees. Folding clothes is unbearable, but if my clothes or in the machines I just go to my car to heat up. On the brightside, the owner/attendant is very nice...
