When I first use a cell phone I used Verizon as my provider. I don't know what happened to me to change to T-Mobile. At first it was fine and everything was running smooth, until last year when I have to change my phone. To make a long story short, after having the phone for few months I have to change it "again". This year, when I needed to change it again, I asked someone who works there for a suggestion. He kindly suggested a MOTO (worse cell phone EVER). Since then I am having problem with it. (it update by itself and delete EVERY PHONE AND TEXT), the speaker does not work properly, I purchase insurance and when two weeks ago to order the replacement, last week I went to pick the "new one" up. They could NOT transfer everything to the SAME phone, the apparatus keep showing the LAST update was two months BEFORE I purchased it. It DID NOT transfer ALL of my contacts. The rep told me he will KEEP the OLD phone in their safe for a few days UNTIL I CALL to let them know everything was transferred. For my surprise when I called today, "A very rude lady" told me "rushing" they had ship ALL the phones on MONDAY. I try to explained and she "very rude and rushing again" just took my number to contact the rep who told me about the hold and call me back, but expressed very clear "I have shipped ALL phones on MONDAY" So now I have a phone with a mind of its own, lost some of my contacts, some of my pics and they claim they are NOT responsible for it. As I waited for her call, I called again and I told them what a lady told me and that I was waiting for her call. They told me "oh she is the manager, if she told you that, that is the final word" I replied: Oh She is the manager, that is why that branch is the way it is, it make sense now"
I am still waiting for her call, of course expecting her "final word" that my old phone with ALL my messages and pics was shipped out and I have lost my information.
As soon as I can I will go back to Verizon and I DO NOT recommend this T-Mobile...
Read moreI went to upgrade my Iphone and the sales reps tried to scam me into “taking a promotion”. My only options were to buy Tmobile TV, accept an Apple watch and pay for a new line, or accept a tablet and pay for wireless internet services. After they haggled and I felt something was wrong, I left without upgrading my phone. They would not let me upgrade unless I purchased a service that I did not need. They also told me that all Tmobile stores have their own “promotion” like this. The lie was, “all phone providers are giving these package deals because the customer voted that they want more with their upgrades.” i said but I already have an apple watch, and ipad, and tv services. Why would I buy that just to upgrade my phone and I pay for jump? The rep also said, “just get the tablet with internet and cut it off after 4 months, I tell everyone to do that.” Talk about sketchy! I called customer service and found out this location is an Authorized Retailer and not an official Tmobile store. They are not allowed to force you to buy/pay for anything just to upgrade your phone. I nearly left Tmobile as a whole because of this. During a time like this, it is a shame the lengths people would go. Not to mention, they didn’t even have the phone I wanted but were rushing me to buy an unnecessary service if I wanted to even order the phone. I’d never go...
Read moreUnfortunately I couldn't reply to the young women who left the last comment "Shaylin" as google doesn't let you for some reason. I was in the store today with my wife when she was there and the store manager Ray tried to explain a procedure to her that she had to follow to return her item, she was very irate and did not want to do it. He tried to explain several times that the procedure needed to be approved by customer care. Ray expressed for the last time that he couldn't help her and then she proceeded to shame him about his weight calling him "fat" and even called him a "f*g". He then proceeded to ask her to leave and to call the cops if she didn't. She made the situation very unsafe very fast. It was a travesty because he tried to help her out. Thankfully for Ray he was able to fix my sim card issue and he even recommended some ways to save on my bill without trying to sell me on a bunch of things I didn't want. I'm sure the workers at the location can't reply to stuff like this but I felt that it was unfair to just let this women tell only her side of the story without being checked. This is one of the best T-Mobile locations in the area by far and the staff is super friendly and love to help in any...
