Horrible Customer Service & Dishonest Business – Avoid This Store If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband purchased a ring from this store, and within two months, the stone fell out. Since we were traveling, he returned after six months to get it fixed at the same place he bought it. The employee told him to leave the ring so their jeweler could assess it, but they never called with an update. When he followed up, they suddenly claimed it would take over a week just to check it. That was already frustrating, so we decided to pick up the ring and go elsewhere. When we got the ring back, we noticed it had been polished but was also bent, something that was NOT the case when we left it. My husband went back to address the issue, and another employee immediately became aggressive, yelling at him, calling him a liar, and insisting that no one had touched the ring. I was on the phone and could hear her raising her voice at him, so I walked over with photo proof showing the ring was in perfect condition aside from the missing stone. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she cursed at me, threatened to slap me, and continued to be confrontational—all while I was pregnant and already struggling to breathe from walking there. She then called (presumably) her boss, who finally decided to ask the jeweler about the ring. He admitted that he did touch the ring—he polished it and said it “may have bent during that process.” The employee, after all her yelling and accusations, had nothing to say. Instead of apologizing, she suddenly changed her attitude and offered to fix the ring. Given how they had treated us, I refused to leave it with them. That’s when she got even more unprofessional, refusing to return my ring and saying, “Now I WON’T fix it, and what are you going to do about it?” I had to call the police just to get my own ring back. By the time they arrived, the employee suddenly switched to acting polite and professional, placing the ring on the counter as if nothing had happened.
