Cascadian Apartments — Local services in Bellevue

Cascadian Apartments is a very good a place to live. The complex is always clean and groomed well both inside and outside the buildings. The staff is polite and friendly. Maintenance guys perform their job professionally and quickly. Property is equipped with most of the things that residents need such as, good amenities inside the apartment along with an outdoor pool, covered parking, playground, etc. The complex is located in a convenient area-just across the street from Crossroads mall. The whole complex is like a park designed with safe, peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. Living here is just enjoy what I have been doing for 7 years. Thanks to the whole team, led by apartment manager Roza Stamati, for creating a great atmosphere in this place, a warm attitude towards residents and taking care of residents’ needs. God...

I was shopping for apartments in Bellevue area and came across Cascadian Apartments in Crossroads area. Before I stopped by the leasing office, I looked around and was very impressed how clean the buildings and grounds were. This property has multiple children playgrounds and a very decent outdoor pool as well. Right across the street there is a big shopping center: Crossroads Mall. Behind the mall is the really nice park. Bus stop is right at the entrance to the property. Very convenient. At the leading office I was greeted by the friendly leasing agent and her manager. They clearly explained me how the property operates and, unfortunately, I found out that I am over-qualified to be a resident there. Too bad, because I would sign a lease without hesitation. I highly recommend to anyone to check this...

I love my apartment. I live here the second year and enjoy it ever since my first days. Rosa, the manager, and Kristine, the manager assistant are wonderful. They are great at their job and make this apartment complex feel like family. If ever there is a problem, they are taken care of promptly. I don't think that there is anything that Rosa and Kristine can't handle. They are excellent workers and are so pleasant, at the same time. We are so lucky to have Chris, Izet, and Issak as our maintenance man. They can do anything, at least to my knowledge. They always come up with the simplest fix and it stays fixed. They are also very pleasant. Moreover, thanks to Issak our complex is always clean and tidy. I highly recommend the "Cascadian" apartment...
