I’ve always wanted a non-traditional engagement ring, so I expected to have a hard time finding something to match my tastes. Boy, was I wrong. My fiance and I found Fabri online when we started talking rings, and they were the first and only place we had to look. Unlike other stores where everything is locked up and you need assistance with each piece, they have probably above a hundred alloy/cubic zirconia mock ups out on the counters for you to try on and figure out exactly what you like. Doug was readily available to answer questions but left us alone to shop and talk openly with each other, which was a blast of an experience. The designs are fully customizable, so my fiance and I were able to pick bits of styles we liked and combine them into the perfect ring for us. We received a computer model of our custom ring a few days later, then went back in for two more visits to choose the sapphire size and then exact stone. I really felt that the priority was to get us a ring we were fully satisfied with. At no point in the process did it feel like we were getting the hard sell or talked into something more expensive than we were after. In fact, their prices were one of our favorite elements of the experience - the ring we ended up with would have cost almost twice as much if we went somewhere else like Brilliant Earth, and without the personal touches! It was such a special project to work on together, and my fiance was able to surprise me with the finished product! I’m confident we ended up with a ring I’ll be proud and happy to wear for the rest of my life. This business is local, family owned and operated, and provides excellent service. First, Doug (the owner) is so wonderful and patient--I highly recommend supporting this local business! I found Fabri Jewelry during my search for local fine jewelry stores while shopping for a custom engagement ring. The reviews aren't kidding, there's an entire showroom where you can simply walk in and try on as many rings as you'd like, with no time limit or appointment needed.

I came to Fabri after being frustrated with a chain/popular engagement ring retailer. Unlike the chain retailer I had been to, my shopping experience at Fabri with Doug was very relaxed-- I spent 2 hours in his store and got to ask various questions about ring material, size, etc and ask for Doug's expert input on different aspects of the ring for my lifestyle. There was no sales pitch in the end, no pressure to make a purchase. Doug is a sweet man who seems to genuinely care about helping customers find the perfect ring and to be completely happy with their purchase.

I did ask for a rough estimate of the ring I am looking for, and it was an amazing price compared to other places. Almost shocking how reasonable and within budget my ring will be with as many customizations as I want. When working with Doug, he can create a 3D video of your ring and you can make as many revisions as needed until you get the perfect custom ring. While I was browsing in the store, he was working on the 8th revision of a particular ring for a client--which just shows you how much he cares his clients are happy. We found Fabri highly recommended on Reddit, so we decided to give it a shot (our first ever jewelry store!). We had an inherited wedding band to get resized and we wanted to look at engagement ring options. We went in on a weekend and received fantastic customer service! Once we got the ring resize coordinated, we were able to walk around the showroom by ourselves to look at different engagement ring options. The store has an immense collection of samples to try on and look at, which was great.

Before we left, we chatted about the personalized ring design process and learned about various stones and metals. We appreciated the freedom to browse on our own without any pressure whatsoever to buy anything or keep talking. We also appreciated that all employees were honest about the pros and cons of different designs — and were willing to be blunt when spending more became unnecessary for us.
