International Deli — Local services in Bellevue

If I could give this store 0 stars I would.... Horrible service I had today in this store... good selection in food but be aware that the gentleman which is cashier has very rude/arrogant attitude!!!!! On my questions about some products expirations dates he answered that I’ll have a very hard life asking too many questions.... It’s my right to ask these questions.... And I asked him if he is having a hard day - which he said that I can decide to buy it or not on my own risk.... I Felt like I’ve been in Soviet Union- such a jerk. If he is the owner he will loose his costumers, because I’ll prefer to go at the different store just because of his unacceptable...

Update: the conditions in the store have significantly deteriorated in the last few months. While the offered products are still fine, the store's disregard to the current pandemic guidelines is appalling. None of the workers are wearing masks, there is no enforcement on the customers to wear them as well and I've seen at least 4 people during my last visit either completely without masks or wearing them only over their mouths. The store also enforces no customer limit and social distancing and the store tends to be packed, especially on the weekends. I'm really disappointed to be honest, since I'm Polish and it's an awful testimony to...

This is a blessing if you are looking for German/ Russian (or Eastern European) food. They actually have real bread (German)!!! They have good quality products and quite a selection, although the shop is not spacious. Staff is very friendly and tries to help as much as possible when you have questions despite the language barrier. I understand that the products are imported, but they are more pricey than I would expect. However, I would still recommend this place....
