Starbucks — Restaurant in Bellevue

Service is always good. Coffee is what I ordered never have any complaints Foods always hot and I can always find an outlet to use.

I'm editing my review because of my experience this evening. My past experiences at this location have always been positive I will no longer be returning to this location.

I am homeless and have often used this location to charge my phone and power banks. I often don't have the money to buy a coffee or snack but on occasion I do when i have the funds available. I was told tonight that the policies regarding using the sitting area have changed and in order to occupy a table you must first purchase something. This policy extends to water as well. You can no longer get a free water without purchase.

Now I understand not giving a choice of sizes when water is requested, but really? Having a separate cheap cup for water only is acceptable. You're really gonna tell someone no on a hot summer day?

In regards to the issue of using a table with no purchase? This policy is petty and I find it to be discriminatory. Not everyone can afford to purchase your products or they don't want to. People use the dining area for a lot more than just charging their devices like me. I never fell asleep while charging things, or occupied the table throughout the entire day. I could understand putting a time limit on a no purchase occupant. I would accept that. I understand this is a busy location and I would always give up my table when I noticed the tables filling up. I know not every non paying person is as observant as I am. I also know that the rules have to apply to everyone, not just a select few. I just think these rules are stupid and after so many years why change them now. The few times I do have money to spend on a coffee it will not...

I often frequent all the Starbucks in the area, and this one has to be the worst. The drinks are almost always made different/taste wrong compared to all the other Starbucks. And when you tell them they don’t taste the same as the other locations you get told your wrong... it’s quite strange that this happens, When we always order the same thing at at lease 7 different locations and yet this is the only one we get them served to us tasteing different.

The staff are often talking and mucking around, instead of paying attention to customers and making orders right. So many times we have made an order and had to repeat cause of workers not paying attention. And when you pull up to the window you feel as if you crashed a private party going on in the store between the workers. Finally writing this review, as once again the last time I ordered from here I was told the drink I order every second day was made right. Even tho the taste was completely off/different from (as always from here) other Starbucks locations. Something really needs to be done to fix this location, maybe better training of the staff and a watchful managers eye. Forgot to mention that this Starbucks is also one of the slowest... be prepared to wait even if...

I've been visiting this Starbucks since it opened and have always been happy with the quality and service, but in the last few weeks things have changed. Ordered in store yesterday, the brewed coffee wasn't ready, but I was happy to wait. The coffee came in a few minutes hot and good, but I was still waiting for my food. After waiting another 10 minutes, I asked the barista and received my food, but it was surprising that they simply forgot about my food order.

Next day I tried mobile ordering instead, thinking maybe they were simply super busy in the mornings and mobile ordering would make it easier for them to keep track of everything. I arrived and was happy to see my coffee and food ready, however, they had run out of raw sugar and my coffee cup was slathered in carmel sauce because the mobile order station hadn't been cleaned after a spill. I needed to wash my hands (bathrooms are not super nice here) and get another cup.

I normally don't write reviews, but I'm hoping this can spur some action to get the service at this location back on track! Sounds like others are...
