The pricing is very unfortunate. It really ruins the whole purpose of thrifting and especially harmful for the communities that rely on it. This forces people to just got buy mass produced not sustainable products. This is why everyone just goes to Amazon. I’ll attached a photo I took of very used three shelves book shelf with bad wear marks down the side. If you zoom in yup that price tag reads $69 this is so frustrating especially knowing they got it free. Why would anyone spend $70 for this when they can just go to IKEA for $30. I hope they adjust to more appropriate pricing.

Can it get better than recycling for a good cause donated hardwood furniture, gently used loveseats, and couches? It can. This Restore has new home goods overstock like queen memory foam mattresses, linen sheets, butcher block countertop, and knitted throws right now. Proceeds go to building affordable housing through a network of volunteers. If you forget to bring your measuring tape, just ask the friendly staff for help. This is a place where hope in humanity is restored even in the smallest ways.

The barge variety of pre--owned building fixtures. A nice store, with convenient parking.

Worst place to volunteer and to give away things. We gave away our couch to them with a new protective cover which we bought from Amazon for $100. But they said colors don't match. But we changed the entire layer with protective cover. They're pretty racist too. When I volunteered once, the lady Laura asked me to take the trash from the toilet. I said I wasn't comfortable with the volunteering work. I did clean up their tables and everything. They don't ask their cashier to do any job and neither her son does anything apart from negotiate deals which is great. But to ask all non white non british volunteers to do it felt it was racist. She was annoyed when I said I wanted to leave early since I was done. I am not paid to work here. We literally come here to help. The sheer audacity! This store doesn't...

I'm sitting in the parking lot writing this review. I went in the store with my two grandsons ages 4 and 5 .. they weren't being very nice after a long day at school. I'm inside to buy rugs and I find some discounted ones, I pay and out of 3 men behind the cash register not one man helps me pack up and take it to my car. I'm parked in handicap maybe would of thought I needed the help but I actually didn't know if they help since no one offered So once I'm done struggling to put the rugs inside, I see the one who checked me out (JR) carrying a framed picture out for a gal by herself ... I wouldn't care how much I saved on donated items ... These guys are just lacking the humanity part. Would I shop there again, probably will because this organization...

The bad reviews are crazy. Items are used and secondhand - super simple. I’m not sure what their expectations are. If every item was in mint condition, I’m sure that price would still be far higher. Also, it’s very easy to check out the items before taking them home and gauge if it’s a good purchase for you.

Anyway, my experience was great! I saw a lot of great items there for great prices for what they were. The best stuff I’ve gotten from a secondhand store ever and for phenomenal prices.

Got a real cool picnic basket, beautiful copper vase, and a coffee table.

On top of that, staff was very friendly. I’ll totally be back and wish I knew about this...
