Worst experience I had ever had! Came in for a trim, I specifically asked to not cut more then 1-2 inches, and layer only in the front. The hairdresser cut more than 12 inches!!! And when I started crying telling her this is not what I asked for, she blamed me for saying that is not what II tol her -when I even had a picture I showed her. The worst part was when the owener started YELLING at me saying I am making her hairdresser feel nervous. I told her I am the customer and I had to right to say I am not satisfied with the haircut, and then she raised her voice evenemore and started to spin me at the chair and kept yelling look at the floor, look at thet floor! I took my things and ran out. NEVER coming back...

Went in for a consultation for my hair, I had previous black box hair dye so I knew it wasn’t going to be easy to get from black to the color I wanted. Elina was so helpful and honest about the process how it would look like if I don’t want to wait a bit until my hair grows out. So professional! Definitely making her my hairstylist! (I’ve been to a whole bunch before meeting Elina, they all just didn’t care about my hair and would go ahead and do it) so I’m glad to be starting my hair journey...

I swear by this place and ELINA!! Elina is a hair color/cut GODDESS ! She literally saves my hair and has repaired it anytime I decide to do something dumb and go to another salon. I have came in with orange roots, backwards balayage and all of the above.
