This is the best medical/beauty spa I have been to, and trust me, I’ve been around Seattle trying different places but they simply made no difference to my skin. I’ve suffered from hormonal acne since I was a teenager which has left hyperpigmentation and scars on my skin, and I’m so grateful Xinwen and Yaoyao have been here to provide me with different services and treatments to prevent my cystic acne, maintain my skin’s moisture barrier, and also provide me with higher technology treatments like boosted hydra-facials and clear and brilliant (which is also known as the baby fraxel laser)

My favorite go-to treatments are my hydra facials that I maintain every 2-3 weeks to exfoliate, balance out my skin tone, enhance the moisture in my skin! I’ve noticed my skin is more absorbent and less dull looking in general!

I’ve also recently started getting clear and brilliant here and my acne scars have significantly reduced! The clear and brilliant is also known as a baby fraxel laser — so it has helped me even out my skin tone and enhance the texture of my skin. Overall, I’m really satisfied with my results here for the past 6 months because I have seen significant amounts of improvement in my skin. Not only that, but Xinwen provides excellent service and this spa is one of the only spas in Seattle that will provide complimentary facial massages and upper back/neck massages right before your facials which help me ease in and relax! I really enjoy this place and have recommended to so many of my friends. The owner/the main specialist at this spa is very good at taking care of my skin and all the small or big issues i have. The price may seems high but definitely worthy. I got so many pimples last year due to an unhealthy lifestyle and I felt myself looks so ugly at that time, but Miss Xinwen save my face and my skin. She used a traditional treatment with the hydra facial and they combine together calm down all my pimples.
